The large room and the beds , the pillows were amazing , the shower could be better with a over head shower , but it was still luxury . The green room across was lovely as well with a lovely bar at the very top the staff there were also very polite , there's a super right next door if you need anything, and the parking was great thank you .

Nice location, good breakfast.
I prepaid 920 EUR for a non-refundable two-night stay via Booking.com. Upon arrival, the hotel mistakenly blocked an additional 424 EUR. They admitted the error but said it was 'too late' to fix it. The receptionist promised to release the hold after checkout—why not immediately, since it was their mistake? Later, they deflected, saying 'banks are slow with credit card refunds'—but this wasn’t a refund, it was a correction. I made clear I wasn't upset about the mistake itself, but about their failure to resolve it. They refused to reimburse the excess via cash (even subtracting the 40 EUR I owed), offering only polite apologies. No solution, just 'wait for the bank.' I’m appalled and completely dissatisfied."

Safety. We were warned about the safety of the car in the parking lot (nothing should be left in the car), and warned not to open the door to anyone knocking on the room door until we checked with the reception.
