I am grateful that the host offered me an early check-in, 11 rather than 12. The room is in a palazzo that is quiet and an easy walk from the train station.
Breakfast is only available between 8 and 9, and there is no electric kettle for tea (as British visitors would appreciate) or a coffee maker ( which Americans expect in the most humble hotel). It is also a bit harsh to forbid guests to eat anywhere in the b&b at other times, as this requires guests to eat their snacks and sandwiches outside under the rain and snow. There is no sign at the building's entrance, and this could be noted in the b&b's website.

Location was great and the property very clean
The breakfast was not up to our standard of B&B. The owner although helpful when asked never volunteered information or gave us any tourist info. He was not a warm and friendly guy, just businesslike.

BIG room and bathroom. Wonderful hosts and nice breakfast. On a lively block during the day and quiet at night while the blocks in any direction are filled with great restaurants, bars and nightlife.

I couldnt have found a better location in Turin. All of the sites were within a 15-20 minute walk. The bedroom was huge and the bathroom was completely modernized. Comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. Marco is a terrific host.
Everything was great. I have absolutely no complaints.

The property is very central so you can visit the historical part of Turin easily on foot. It is most charmingly Italian and a little old fashioned but the bathroom is superb and modern. The rooms are very quiet and have good air conditioning which was important when we stayed as it was 40C outside. The breakfast was excellent and served with kindly service. We were warmly welcomed on arrival.
Getting in is a little complicated with 4 doors to pass and a lift.

A comfortable stay in a well-kept establishment. Good air-con and well equipped rooms right in the heart of Turin.
A few maintenance issues need attention (shower head, bracket and noisy door) and a better breakfast selection.

- location - safe and clean - nice furnishings
- the gentleman was not very friendly and seemed very grumpy and even upset when I sat at the wrong table for breakfast - he was not helpful when I needed to get a doctor when I was ill - the water pump in the bathroom was very loud whenever you used water - the drapes were held back with paper clips instead of properly held back - the shower overflowed onto the floor - if you showered more than five minutes you would have a flood - the breakfast had very little selection - sweet pastries, only 1 croissant, crackers yogurt, dry cereal, coffee or tea, juice - you needed to use four keys to get to your room and some of the keys are not easy to use - I would not recommend this place if you want to go to a place with a friendly atmosphere with attention to detail and a nice breakfast
