Excellent location, unique lobby, library and other spaces in the ground floor. Quirky room with nice bed. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Very unique interiors.
In otherwise very nice bathroom the water pressure was quite weak. The breakfast was not in the nice hotel lobby area, but in neighboring building, where the service was not at the same level.

Very good breakfast, enjoyed the art in the hotel. Liked the area, quiet, central.
We would like some international channels on the TV such as BBC or CNN. Some redecoration of the bedrooms is needed. Reception staff did not know about local shops. Gave incorrect information.

The staff were all lovely & helpful. The location was ideal for access to public transport.
The room we had was absolutely nothing like any of the pictures shown on booking.com. It was quite dated and very dusty.

The staff Very preoccupied for solve situation
Well, the air conditioning doesnt cool enough. I think is a very common problem in Europe. The A/C doesnt go below 23C - 74F so if is hot outside is gonna take long to refresh. USA tourist is not used to this
