Really nice place, 7 minutes from the train station (though that means around 15 to the city center but that's just how the city is).
All floors accesible by lift.
Really clean, super nice staff and everything was great and confortable.
Bear in mind reception hours are from 13.30 till 20 or 21h or so, but they do have an emergency number to call.
I was worried about finding it as the reviews said the entrance was a bit tricky, and it was, just look for the exact number, dont look at Google maps. So the entrance looks like a garage one and then you go straight into the parking lots and left is a door which is where the accommodation is. It's nice and safe as has double door but perhaps better signaling.
Maybe 20 for a pet supplement is a bit expensive considering no facilities given for them.

Location was very convenient (close to train station) and walk able distance from center and all turstic attractions. To be next to train station was clean and lively, found a couple of very nice trattoria to eat. Room was confy, clean and had even a mini-bar. Staff was super helpful and friendly, TOP - thanks to the ladies at front desk and maids.

Location was great, tram and bus (and even train) station on walking distance. We went to torino for the QC therme and this hotel was so close by, amazing! The room was spacious and everything was present. We even had a little view from the balcony. Loved it!

It is located to lots of local eateries and easy walking distance to the centre. It is great to have a balcony. The sound proofing in the bedroom was great, you couldnt hear any street noise whilst sleeping. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The room had a lot of damage to it from previous guests and didnt reflect the photos that we saw so on balance it wasnt as good value for money as it could have been. Kitchen was poorly equipped from a utensil perspective, its not really possible to cook there. They didnt provide some basics like tea towels and the washing up liquid and shower gel was watered down and they provided two toilet rolls for a stay of 5 nights. It might be that other rooms were of a higher standard so we can only speak for the room that we stayed in.

The room was spacious and bright, both at daytime and nighttime due to abundant lighting inside. Very well cleaned, and looking quite good - I liked how they preserved ancient plaster of the ceiling yet made everything else modern. The building itself is clean and secure inside, too. Check-in was easy.
Main downside is the neighbourhood - it's close to the train station and centre, but it's all grimy, covered in graffiti tags and there's plenty of shady characters roaming around, especially if coming from/to the train station. We didn't feel directly threatened, but we didn't feel safe in it either. There were some things that could've been better in the apartment too - very little kitchen- and glassware, no napkins or any kitchen towels, dish sponge looked awful, so even for a short stay we had to do some shopping. Wifi was spotty and Interned connection slow and unreliable. No parking at the property, and nearby parking spots are either not 24/7 or far or cost an eye-watering amount of money (up to 40/day).

Stylish and spacious. The staff could not do enough to help - checked we were a comfortable temperature, replenished toiletries when required and allowed us to check out a couple of hours later.
