We took the train from Venice, then a short cab ride to the hotel because we had eight people and luggage. On arrival, all of the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home after a long day of travel. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The next morning breakfast exceeded our expectations. We were only there one night as we used this hotel prior to our cruise. It was a very short easy walk to the cruise terminal. location was perfect for our needs.

The breakfast was a work of art! Room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. Staff spoke great English. They helped with multiple questions. They gave us all kinds of tips to save money.
The noise outside (at night) made it so we couldn't keep the windows open and there was no manual override on the fan so we couldn't just run the fan to help circulate the air.

The property was so clean and modern! Wonderful bathroom and comfortable beds. Valentino at check in was amazing giving us recommendations for dinner that evening and just really making us feel welcomed. Tommy at breakfast was fabulous! The food and presentation was perfect! Very nice hotel located in a convenient location in Trieste city center, very close to Piazza Unità d'Italia. Very kind staff, breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern hotel in a great location. The family room was very comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very big and the breakfast staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

Everything was perfect .Breakfast was really good. Tomy made sure everything in the breakfast was more than perfect. Staff are very helpful ( specially the ones at the front desk) and courteous. We just loved our stay . Special mention of the breakfast area- just loved the floor.

The hotel is very close to the main square of Trieste, so it's an ideal location to explore the city. The hotel seems to be freshly renovated, so the rooms are modern and cozy. The beds were very comfy. We slept very well with an open window, i.e., it was quiet in the night despite the central location. Our room (most rooms ?) was not facing the street that is close to the hotel. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, so we cannot comment. Parking was feasibly in a public underground parking house close by, like 150m walk. You get a 15% discount from the hotel, so we paid €18 per night. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
