I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our room was small, but well equiped. Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. Breakfast was good, variety of choice. Coffee was tasty.
Not so close to the city center. Bus stop is very closr and convenient.

The location right by the sea was great—own coffee machine in the room with a direct view of the sea
Own parking spaces available—but not many (difficult to find a parking space with a slightly larger car) Breakfast options are limited and you have to decide in advance.

The hotel was beautifully located directly on the ocean however not all rooms are oceanfront with oceanview. It was only a few steps around the corner and you were on the deck sitting by the ocean. The morning and afternoon staff were amazing. Breakfast was served weather permitting outside on the patio. My morning server Jade greeted me graciously every morning serving me breakfast. Conveniently on a bus route and a lot of things are just a short walk away.
Well where do I begin. The dinner at the hotel was the worse service I have ever experienced on all my years of traveling and dining out. I arrived when they opened and was seated ordered and served my first course by 8pm, that was the last time anyone spoke to me for over an hour and 25 minutes. Yes I was a solo diner, no I was not ordering expensive wine and the staff made it blantly clear that I didn't matter and I was insignificant and not a priority to be attended to. When it became painfully obvious they were not interested in my ordering another course I decided to just sit there and see exactly how long this was going to go on. My first course plate was cleared from the table and I watched not only my waiter but ever other server walk past me countless times. Finally I got up and walked out. I stopped at the front desk and asked who was in charge of the dinner staff tonight or if there was a manager I could speak with. I was told there was no one on duty tonight. The server then asked if there was something she could help me with. I said I highly doubted it as no one has wanted to serve me for over 1 hour and 25 minutes. I explained to her that I was served my first course at 8pm and it was now 9:25 and not one per vson had bothered to ask me if I wished to get the main course. She looked square in the face said "well what do you want me to do about it?" I was stunned. I advised her that I was not going to pay for the meal and I would speaḳ.to the manager myself. As I walked back to my room I noticed someone was at the desk. I stopped in explained what happened and she advised she would speak to the manager.. The next day the guest liaison approached me and asked what had occurred last night. I explained everything, and she told me she would speak to the manager. I was never approached about it again by anyone at the hotel. Upon check out, I was given my invoice, and there was the charge for the dinner.
