Super clean and modern plus the staff was friendly and attentive. A real value for the money. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores if you prefer something different
Even though there was an elevator it didn't stop on our floor so we had to carry our bags up about 10 steps. That being said the staff did carry a couple of our suitcases up the stairs and would have carried all of them had we asked

We were only in Trieste for one night. This place was so spacious and exceeded what I was expecting. Location was great and the value for this room can't be beaten. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the kitchen area. There is a supermarket right next door and if you are staying here multiple days, I would highly recommend it.

Apartment was really near the center - perfect for walking. Whole place is spacious.
Parking was not included and had to park in a garage. there was no free public parking near apartment either. Apartment had no decoration at all - felt a bit depressing.

In the center, clean, pleasant receptionist.
It was supposed to have wellness, so I have chosen the hotel, and when I arrived I learned I would have to book it one day in advance, plus I would need to pay extra for it. (Not what I expected.) Somehow I assumed the breakfast is included in the price, it wasn't. I expected to stay in Victoria hotel, but I was escorted to next building - so from my view I did not stay in hotel, but in apartment. And the last thing - I red that there is parking available. I did not think with paying 18 euro extra for it, and - that it will be about 500 meters from hotel. Not a big deal, but it did not meet my expectations.

The location was in an area with tons of shopping and restaurants. For some reason we got an apartment and it was so nice and big.
We found a nice outside cafe and the owner sat down with us during dinner.
The Residence had free breakfast and espresso in the morning the coffee was the best.
We flew in and were able to take the train from the airport to an area close to the Residence. It is also very close to the Cruise port.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious which was welcome after several weeks sharing a state room aboard a cruise ship.
There was no space for taxi drop off or pickups directly in front of the apartment. Found it very difficult to cross a very, very busy street to enter an uber or taxi. I have walking difficulties and found this very difficult.
