Very Good
Check-in was very easy, and the instructions to access the room were clear and straightforward. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp. Overall, it was a good stay for the price and location.
We stayed for one night and overall had a decent experience. However, we weren’t huge fans of the pillows — they were a bit too flat for our liking. Also, the sink in our room was making some leaking noises during our stay.

I did not like the remote iPad check in experience. The main bedroom would not get nearly as cool as the rest of the apartment. My son slept comfortable, while my husband and I were warm.

The location was great - walking distance to the sea and to the rand canal and the Piaza Unitá d'Italia, with lots of pedestrian streets, cafes, shopping, etc. The check-in process with a live person via tablet was very successful. Note: there is parking nearby, but only if you reserve in advance. Otherwise, there is ample parking at the bus station. You will just have to walk a few blocks.
None of our party slept well. We were there at the end of December, and the apartment was too hot for us, and we found the beds too hard. We should have fiddled with the thermostat, but we try not to mess with the owner's settings.

Central location, large clean apartment
Check in process is tedious. You have to talk to the screen to open key box. Didn't have tea pot or any pot to boil water, but did have nice complicated coffee machine.

The location is very close to the center, 2 min walking, although the navigation doesn't find it and you have to use the address on the site. The apartment is spacious in general, but the first bedroom reminds you of a prison sell - small, dark, with a window looking towards a small space between the outside walls of building [in the morning you can hear the voices of the other inhabitants]. The elevator works The interior is well chosen
Even though in booking they claim there is a parking, in reality there is only a parking LOT, where you can leave your car for 30 min only [if it's not taken already], just to take your luggage to the accommodation and then you have to deal with the parking situation yourself - we found the parking garages around are quite expensive and we reserved one on the next street for 30 euro a day. They informed us about the parking lot situation IN THE LAST MINUTE because WE ASKED them to clarify their parking space. It made the whole experience more stressful and unnecessarily unpleasant The check in situation is unnecessarily complicated - you have to go on a zoom meeting with them when you get in. Work can be done about the cleanliness of the apartment - the dishes were dirty, the bathroom had something resembling mold. There are no mosquito nets on any of the windows and we couldn't get our mosquito vape in the wall outlets. One of the rooms is okay, but the other is small, dark, depressing and unpleasant to be in. They didn't give us a second key [we were 4 people]. No terrace - the one on the pictures wasn't with our apartment. Same for the bathroom - ours isn't at all on the photos.

Kitchen had no dish soap or towels. A/C unit only on central hall, A/C controller old and control buttons not legible. Check-in late - starting after 3pm and early check-in $30 surcharge Check out too early at 10 am

We never stay there they gave us a hard time couldn’t find air conditioning the key was somewhere else we had to communicate by phone no one would come to us they gave us the address but that is not where the hotel was so we went somewhere else

Good location . Really close to central station . Shops near by . Walking distance to most of interesting place of trieste .
You don’t even get a trash bag ! Really ridiculous you have to buy everything by yourself. Airco can not cover the bed room a bit too hot in the double bed room .

Exceptional
Perfect location, easy checkin process (even if we booked the room very last minute) , very spacious apartments and also very clean! We also took advantage of of the washing machine in the room! Great stay and a beautiful city!
