Convenient location for meeting our cruise ship embarkation. Reasonable price.
Heating system was on full blast. Had to figure out how to close water valves for some adjustment, but rooms were initially very warm. Had to open all windows, but that helped a lot with the water valve adjustment.

The location was very convenient to my destination, restaurants and coffee shops.
The hotel and room were in disrepair. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room had a stale smell. The linens were worn so bad that there were holes in them, the curtains were only partially hanging up and the cups in the room were visibly dirty.

Close to cruise port! Some of the beds were comfy but not all
The extra beds or cots were very unsafe. One of the cots flipped during the night when an adult sleeping alone turned over! The microwave was so small could only fit a cup of coffee in it. The shower floor was very slick when wet.
Coffee maker in room but no coffee to make nor did the lobby even offer coffee. Only 1 room key. No plugs near bed for CPAP machine, had to slide a bed over to the tv desk for a plug! Rooms definitely need to be updated… decor was interesting.
Tried to pay city tax when I arrived but they could not make change!

Kitchen is kid of small. I think it was 2 stoves. Im guessing that is normal. Neighbor hood is quite and alot of restaurants around

The room was very nice and pleasant, with aesthetic value. Also, the location is great, since you are right in the center of the city
You should not follow the hotel suggestions for restaurants. They suggested the restaurant "Navigando Trieste" because of the collaboration they have. However, at the restaurant, they are very arrogant and have the policy that if someone does not ask the manager (I asked a waiter) where to sit, then they tell them that everything is booked. At the Hotel they know of this bad policy, but they still recommend it because of their agreements.
Also, in the kitchen some simple stuff like a mug are missing. All the cups are small, like for a expresso only.

This location is perfect, right in old town and close to the main shopping and entertainment area. We were able to walk to the cruise terminal for our next trip and that was great. Rooms are large and cute. A litle tired but we did not care.
The stairs up to the elevator were our only issue.

The location was perfect for my purpose of being in Trieste. Nice restaurants, shopping, etc. just all within a short walking distance. Everyone I dealt with on the property was very very pleasant. I would love to stay here again if/when I return to this area.

A very generous apartment with separate dining/kitchen area. Great shower! I arrived late at night and my keys were waiting for me as prearranged. There was a place where I could leave my luggage near reception while exploring the town. Pretty much all attractions I wanted to visit were within walking distance.
I struggled a bit with the light switches. Turns out there is a delay before the lights come on so I thought the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Once I knew the trick, all was good.
Unrelated to the accommodation: I was there on a Sunday and everything seemed to open late! shops, museums etc. On the other hand, it was the first Sunday of the month so museums and the castle were free to visit.

The location was perfect for our needs.
The room had an unpleasant odor, strongly of smoke. Additionally, my partner accidentally left a rain jacket in the room after check-out, and we realized only two days later. The assistance we received to recover it was very poor, and unfortunately the jacket was never found.
