Wonderful
Fantastic central location! Possibility of parking and very nice, large apartment with comfy big bed. For us was a plus as the place is dog friendly, which is very important as we travel with two little dogies. We will come back!
The lack of dish soap and a sponge for dish washing, even more as the house rules said that the guests should clean their dishes- which is fine of course, but it was a problem as we did not find the dish soap. We managed to clean the dishes, but it would be nice have it in the apt. So, just that little detail.

Great location, very close to city center. Parking was in the garage, paid but it's worth it when you stay in the center of the city. Pleasant personal. I would recommend!
Heating during winter sometimes was off when you get up in the morning.

It was spacious and clean.
The sink was dirty, I wasn't going to use it anyways, but then the second day of my stay the kitchen sink was flooding and water came onto the floor. The staff took care of it then and at check out they gave me a 20€ discount.

The apartments of the Residence are conveniently situated close to the bus and railway stations and the city center of Triest. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. Our apartment offered plenty of space for a comfortable stay and relaxation. There was no shortage of hot water. The heating was also very good. We had at our disposal all kitchen facilities. Upon arrival the flat and especially the bathroom were well cleaned, the towels were shining. All instructions in the key box and inside were clear and helpful. The receptionist was very kind to us.
Maybe some of the utensils and tableware can be replaced with new ones. I would prefer the flat to be cleaned every three days and towels changed but the rules of accommodation are different. In fact though some services can be improved, we are glad with our choice and experience.

The facilities were good and the apartment was very roomy. The location was 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 walk to many of the sites including the castle. Restaurants were very nearby and easy to walk. Great Location.
The trash truck came every night at 10.30 PM to wake me up. It was just outside my window as I was on the 1st floor.

The apartment is very neglected. At first glance, it might look clean, but once you start paying attention, you notice the dust and unwashed floors, a dirty air conditioner and exhaust hood, mold in the bathroom, uncleaned faucets, loose curtain rods. The bathroom drain is clogged. The dishes are dirty - sticky pots and plates, unwashed cups. It's awful.
The problem is not the lack of a new renovation; it's clear this is a budget option, and that's understandable. The real issue is the dirt and neglect.
Additionally:
There are no tablets for the dishwasher or the washing machine in the apartment.
There is an oven, but no bakeware to use it.
There is neither a broom nor a mop in the apartment. If something spills or breaks, you simply have no way to clean it up.
On top of that, during our 5-day stay, there was no cleaning service even once! I am genuinely outraged by this.
Parking is a nightmare - it's almost impossible to find a spot.

There was no parking spot, even though I asked for one. Wrong location on Google Maps, but that was Google's fault. Air-conditioning was barely working, still for a very warm night, it was sufficient. The apartment was nothing like the photos.

we loved the terrace with the view - a special place to enjoy the morning and evening hours.
Easy access to bus and ferry - many great restaurants close by.

The location is perfect for getting around, is located on the very center of town, easy access to public transportation, and almost everything that is to see is at walking distance.
The only thing that we found that was not working properly were the faucets of the bathroom some maintenance is require to be in working order. Other than that all good.

The whole building smells bad. The room is more or less clean, but it's questionable when it was last cleaned. The window blind doesn’t work, and the management simply put up a sign saying “Out of order, sorry.” How is it fair that I just pay 50 euros less and say sorry? Would that be acceptable?

Such a great place, in a good location, good facilities and a lovely spacious place. The only this that was missing was a kettle (I am English and love tea) but has everything else you will need. I got in late and had an issue with opening my door, the host came (even thought I had just woken him) within 10 minutes to help me in. You won’t regret staying here!
