Everything, it’s an extraordinary place to stay. The host is friendly, he gifted us a very good wine. Absolutely recommend, and I hope they don’t raise the price to give possibility to everyone to try this beautiful home.
The windows of the building was changed to plastic ones, don’t have historical feeling.

Amazing location, two minutes on foot from Piaza Unita. You have everything you need, the bed is comfortable, the heating system is perfect.

The location is simply perfect, close to everything and served by shops, cafes and restaurants all around.
Very comfortable beds and I appreciated the elevator.
The kitchen has a laundry machine, but not a dishwasher, leaving the washing of utensils to be done by hand and therefore not very hygenic.
The bathroom needs a deep cleaning, especially the toilet and the floor. There is a strong sewage smell. The rest of the apartment is very clean.
There was constantly smell of cigarets on our floor which came into our apartment.
There was a bottle of wine as a gift, but maybe better leave some coffee/tea?
Last but not least, the front door was often unlocked. The proprerty could really use a reception desk, even for some hours, for safety and to avoid having to think about local tax cash/payment or filling the link for check in...

The apartment was in a great location in the centre of town. It was easy to find and gain access. The room was spacious and had everything you'd need. There was a little supermarket close by. It felt very safe and secure.

The apartment was very clean, in an excellent location, and was clearly very thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was great (large, comfortable, with a great shower, and lots of shelf space. The kitchen was well-equipped and the air conditioning worked very well.
We chose this apartment at the last minute because the elevator in the apartment we had previously booked at another location was broken, so we would have had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to reach our apartment. Unfortunately, for more than 24 hours in this apartment, the same thing happened. I called the emergency number and reported the elevator was broken, and was told that it had already been reported, but that I should send a message to the property owner. I did this only to receive an unfriendly message the following day saying that I should have called to report the outage (which I had done) and not just sent a message. The elevator was eventually fixed, but after 24 hours of walking up 4 flights of stairs. Finally, in the hallway between the kitchen and the bathroom, there is a structure that comes down out of the ceiling that is a serious hazard. My partner and I both hit our heads on it. Very dangerous. No one over 5'10" (177 cm) should stay in apartment 303.

I couldn't work out the air conditioning properly, or turn off some of the lights. Instructions for the aircon would

Main bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. Very nice building. Great location in center of Trieste. Quiet street, but 75 meters from a main pedestrianized street with lots of shops and restaurants.
One day, we left our key in the apartment and were locked out. We called, and a very friendly person met us downstairs within five minutes and let us in.
Interior kitchen (window onto a light well) dark and not very inviting. No pantry items for cooking, so we didn't use it.

Location is awesome.
Parking "San Giusto" is near-by (7min walk) and you also get a discount from the hotel.
The room is spacious. Perfect for two people.
The selected wine that awaited us in the room was the best wine we tried during our entire trip.
Need to update your local-partners list because some of the restaurants (ex: Mug) are closed (yes, i used the app not the prints in the room).
There are very little green spaces were you can walk your dog. A guide for dog facilities around the neighborhood would help.

Excellent location. Nice touch with complimentary bottle of wine and water in fridge. Body wash and lotion in bathroom..
Studio apartment on 6th floor was an attic. Bed was under a diagonal wood beam which made it not usable; I felt like Harry Potter in his closet under the stairs.
Very dusty (possibly from multiple low wooden beams and dusty rug).
Bathroom smelled like sewage / urine. I wore a face mask and sprayed air freshener everytime I entered.
Overall, the studio felt like a catfish. Attic rooms should be priced separately and disclosed transparently in posting. I would have expected this of this room was priced fairly / lower than other rooms. But other rooms in the hotel look quite nice. I would stay in this hotel again if guaranteed to not end up in an attic.

Location was excellent. great little wine shop two blocks up the street, left side. shops, cafes etc so close by. Bed was very comfortable.
Close the windows and you won't hear the motorcycles zooming past... They are everywhere anyway.
Night tables beside the bed would have been welcomed. Someone was painting or cleaning something in the building which gave off a strong chemical smell. Obviously temporary.

Apartment was compact but efficient. Nice touch to have a bottle of wine for arrival. Convenient location - easy walk to waterfront and Piazza Unita' and to ferry pick up. A grocery store is right down the street. Cleaning services provided during my 4-week stay.
Apartment is quiet when windows are closed - otherwise, you hear the motorcycles zooming up the street. The kitchen has minimum utensils and wares.
