When we arrived we were so tired, when saw the palace and the room, it was like magic! Absolutely one of the best room so far. The bed was so comfortable, the room was the cleanest and very spacious! We also met the staff, kind and enthusiastic! Trieste was beautiful, this place made it even more!

The apartment was large and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen was nice. There was a large TV in the living room and the bedroom. There was a nice washing machine in the bathroom. Breakfast was in the hotel, just a few steps away, and was very good. The location was fantastic, right in the shopping district next to the old town and the new town! The room was very quiet with thick, double paned windows and absolutely no street noise.
The room was a tad bit warm. There was no AC and the room could be very hot if it were summer. It cooled off rapidly in the winter with the windows open though.

Great location. Very nice included breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Washcloths would have been appreciated. The shower system was broken - only the hand-held portion worked, not the rain shower head nor the jets on the pole.

We did not like the apartment it was dull, not for us the Hotel Continentale showed us rooms to pick from.
It left us feeling dull not to our liking.

Wonderful
Breakfast was wonderful and so was the staff. Our grandson, 12 years old was with us. It was his first time in Italy or Europe at all. He loved the breakfast, especially the chocolate muffins thank you so much for a lovely stay. We all appreciated it. We all loved the balcony and taking pictures from there, and taking the scenes from there. It was all wonderful. It is so completely different from staying in a hotel in Canada. Thanks again.

Location was perfect, building was beautiful, good rooms. Breakfast was so so, poor variety, even though it was included in the price, we should pay extra just for omelets! Not much quality in cheese menus.

There was not an instruction how enter the facilities. Likely one guest came out from the building and explained to get the keys from the hotel near by, intercontinental. The phone that was in the booking and doors were not functional

Disappointing
Size of the room was nice.
HOT! The AC system is underpowered. 24-25C in the Room. Staff provided a fan so the next night was a little better. Parking - Valet parking - off site, takes thirty minutes to one hour to pull the car. Takes the staff very long to park it in the lot, leaving the car exposed on the street as well.

Great location it cannot be beat!
The property is a little dated and the beds were uncomfortable. The reception staff were friendly but the breakfast staff were cold and not very service oriented.
