Very good location at the very center of Trieste.
You can park on the neighbouring streets near the hotel if you lucky pretty much for 9 EUR per night.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Appartments were pretty basic and already a bit tired and shabby.
It was clean in general, but I can't say that apartments were comfortable.
It was a bad sound isolation.
Price for such apartments was too high. It's not value for money.
Breakfast was quite basic, but not bad as for Italy.

The quality of service was exceptional. Laura and Vanessa went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
I was visiting Trieste because of the Supercoppa and had to be at the venue at 3pm. They allowed me to have an early check in so I can rest my feet and rest a bit.
The location was perfect as it’s a few minutes walk from the main square and the sea.
Their pillows are so fluffy and nice too,i had a good sleep.
And for the price I paid,I wasn’t expecting breakfast but I had a good meal,and coffee was delicious!
Would comeback and stay here again if I ever visit Trieste ☺️

first,we arrived after 8 pm so they prepare everything for easy self chech in.location Is just perfect 100 meters from Grande canale ponto rosso and Serbian ortodox church st.Spiridon,which Is important to me so i could take place in sunday liturgy.building is old but very classy and in good shape. rooms are very clean,pilows and blankets are so soft and clean and bed Is very confortable.i have balcony with good view.breakfast Is very good,you have everything you need,cheese,salami,eggs,nutella,croassans with pistachi(mmm)cereals and coffi machine with fantastic coffe(i had 3 coffe mmm).staff Is very good and pilote.definitly i will be back soon
room for breakfast was very small so you have to tell them when exacly you going to have breakfast(all guest can not seat at same time)

We liked the comfortable bed, cosy room. The staff was really nice, they waited for us to ckeck in after their hours. The breakfast was simple but nice, they had vegeterian and vegan options too! The location was great too.
