A comfortable place with room for 4. Check-in was easy as the owner was home and just met us when we arrived. Check-out was also simple. The yard was comfortable for evenings. We took a taxi into the city for our evenings, which was around €13 per trip.
Beds were a little hard but not the worst.

1) We were positively surprised when we found out that the property has everything for the stay. Normally we end up buying things like a sponge for washing, soap, salt, oil, etc. This time we didn’t use anything that we brought because we had all the basics. 2) the parking. That’s a huge plus
I think the walls are too thin because we could here the steps with high heels in the apartment right above us. So I assume they heard our baby cry ?

The only disadvantage was that the property was so far from town. Fabio was an excellent host. We had to knock on his door every time we needed taxi, which was about twice a day. Unfortunately, we didn't have any Italian so couldn't book a taxi on our phone. Fabio facilitated us with courtesy and kindness. Please pass on our thanks to him.

very quiet and homey.
lack of instructions on how to use appliances due to communication problems. very far from places of interest. the shower was too small and water leaks out drenching the floor.

The apartment was very clean and a good size on the first floor with lovely large comfortable beds. The apartment was extremely well equipped .Absolutely everything you needed for your stay, including nice little extras like coffee, tea and water.

Nice host, well appointed apartment. Two proper bedrooms.
Could do with aircon in the bedrooms. Host left the windows open which meant the apartment was full of mosquitos and we were bitten terribly. Garden is not as well kept as the photos suggest. Very long way from city centre. Shops down a long steep hill.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Good bus routes into Trieste centre. An excellent sea food restaurant just around the corner.

The location was nice and quiet with good parking. The apartment was a good size with ample kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower was nice and hot.
There were squashed mosquitos all over the walls and ceilings, that had clearly been there for some time. The towels were old and well used and had a musty odour to them and the apartment was uncomfortably hot, even with the heating off. There were mosquito blinds missing on most windows so it was difficult to regulate temperature and keep the pests out.
