The staff, location, premises.
Breakfast was not a buffet. It is nice to be able to order what you want but sometimes it got crowded and you had to wait.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city. Nice renovated and clean. Breakfast was very good.
The only thing what was not as expected was the street side temporary parking for leaving the luggage. There should be 3 places, but unfortunatley it was occupied on the check in and check out too. Some cars were parked for longer period so it wasn't possible even to stop by and put out/in the luggage.
