Disappointing
The location was good and the food recommendations I received from the host were helpful as well.
Free parking was only available in the late evening with a lot of luck, so saying "free parking is available" is a bit of a scam. The host didn't contact me as stated on the booking page, but I had to contact her. The payment and some other fee were deducted from my bank account without any notice or payment confirmation, although the booking page said payment was to be done in cash at the property. Parts of the shower kept falling off, so the shower head could not be hung. Since the room was under the Roof, the ceiling was low and mostly slopes. My partner is quite tall, so that would have been good to know in advance.

I liked that the studio has everything that you need, it is very clean and comfortable, you can cook and make coffee and wash your clothes
The elevator is quite small and the shower leaks a little to the floor, that needs repairing.

quirky attic studio.Had everything we needed.
A bit cramped where bed was,as close to the open timbered roof.However we are quite short but for taller folk may be a problem.

great location, nice apartment, spatious, equipped kitchen, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, wifi mostly worked fine (the first 15 minutes or so it kept turning off, but then it resolved on it's own), no problems with check in
some power outlets didn't work, tv didn't work (the host said it was not their fault, that it was the building's antenna - sure), but the worst of all was the lack of heating. I was freezing, I literally wore gloves and a hat inside. there was no water pressure in the boiler, so I wrote to the host and soon someone came to fix it (I appreciate that they did). the guy spent half an hour in the apartment fixing the water pressure and changing batteries and when he was finished the heating didn't start and he just started saying goodbye. I tried to ask him if the heating would start now, but he just left. I was quite perplexed. it didn't start. and the female host wrote that we shouldn't try to start the heating on our own, because it's not user friendly. we tried to figure out how to start it and the unit said it was apparently 22 degrees centigrade, but there is no way that that's true. unfortunately I don't travel with a thermometer to test it. and then the cherry on top was a concert somewhere in the building across, which was so loud that there was no way to sleep and which ended at 11 p.m.

Nice apartment. Good location in the city centre, but not in a limited traffic zone. Friendly and helpful staff.
Windows on the courtyard/stairwell where the air conditioning exhausts are located. For 3 people is everything very tight. Sofa bed with sagging mattress.

Disappointing
For me very little information when choosing accommodation. The owner does not state that it is not possible to open the windows, as there is an outlet from the air conditioner, which emits a lot of heat. We had to have the air conditioner on all night. Parking with a small child is not 5 minutes as stated but 15 minutes from the accommodation. During the confirmation, the owner did not send information on time about the chceck in - code for removing the key from the apartment. There is no reception in this accommodation.

I personally recommend the apartment. Perfect for a few days stay. Great contact with the owner! I will certainly return there.
