Nice rooms, central location, coffee amenities.
Was not able to contact owner. Stood outside building, and she showed up. Then you carry your bags up two flights of stairs. Not bad if your bags are not heavy.

We were stuck in Venice because of a national transportation strike, finally we arrived to the hotel at 10:30 pm. The reception usually closes at 8:00pm. The lady at the rrception waited for us, with a charming smile she took care of us. Plus, the room was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, everything was clean. The location was perfect, few minutes from the train station and few minutes from the center. If I were to return to Trieste I would stay in Brillant Camere. I absolutely recommand it. Great place, great service.

Loved how boutique and cute it was :) it smelled lovely and was a comfortable temperature coming off the heat from the street! And we especially loved how approachable, warm hearted and helpful the staff was :)

The woman who owns it is very kind and welcoming. The room was clean, and it had AC. The window blocked out street noise really well. There is a blackout blind. The bed was also comfortable, so we slept really well.
Please note there is no elevator, and you must climb 2 flights of stairs. This was not a problem for us.

Everything. Our hostess Valentina was exceptional. Room was beautiful and quiet. Location 6min walk from bus and train station. Well done Brilliant Camere.

Location
Uncomfortable bed and flat pillows. NO shower as shower drain blocked with water overflowing onto bathroom floor. When host advised of this issue, the response was “it doesn’t matter - you only stay one night”!!!!!!!!
