Wonderful
The Location was adequate but we took pleasure in walking the streets to get into downtown , seeing interesting architecture , discovering small coffee shops and dining restaurants with typical local foods.
The room was well maintained cleaned.
The staff was very friendly & responsive.

The breakfast was very good and the view from the room was nice overlooking the side of the Adriatic Sea.
The room was too small and way overpriced for what it provided. The location was so far from the Trieste city center. Walking down to the seafront was okay but walking back to the hotel going uphill was a challenge.

The worst property I’ve been to during my Europe roadtrip. Photos are misleading! You won’t get the quality as they advertised! Filthy!
They advertised nice photos but the actual quality at this hotel is filthy, dirty, old!!!

I accidentally booked for 1 person. In the reception the guy asked me to pay more for second person. However, on booking it was way more cheaper if i rebooked it. Since it was just after midnight i could amend my booking. But i know that he could mark us no show for free and make it somehow work. Probably didnt want to deal with it. Breakfast was average, not sure if its worth it. Plus I wanted queens bed and choose it while booking but i dont think it was a queen bed we got. It was basically two separate beds they moved closer.

The property was easy to access and the parking is a big plus.
Staff was amazing and going above and beyond for us.
The room was large and very comfortable.
Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options.

Possibility of parking.
We had room in old wing of the hotel. Room had very old furniture. Parking is very tight and with narrow entrance. This hotel is not worth the money they charge. Price is very high for the provided service.

Location is fine, nothing special. Parking is available in their garage, however the spot is not guaranteed. Our room was nothing special, but it was big enough and had a lot of space. Bathroom was good, and the stuff is fine.
Because of all of this the overall score is not 1/5, but it should be considering how good this wifi is for 21. century. Do not intend on using the internet if you book same room.

Checking-in process was very slick. Staff were very friendly.
The room felt quite tired. This was on the 5th floor, but I believe the rooms on lower floors may have been refurbished.
Parking was quite a challenge. It's not possible to reserve a place, so I was grateful that a space was available but it was extremely difficult to get in and out of.
