Parco dei Principi is surrounded by a 3 hectare park. Set on a cliff at 0.6 mi from Sorrento city center, it offers free Wi-Fi, a free fitness center and panoramic views across the Gulf of Naples. The amazing view from the room. It was quiet and peaceful.
The bathroom - the bath tap was grim and the bath tub didn't drain. However got the maintenance guy to sort it out. I was expecting a bit more finest as it is a five star hotel. No iron in the hotel, reception doesn't hold one. so if you need to iron your clothes you need to send it to the laundry service the day before. .

Location, architecture, beach, pool, lunch menus, personnel, cleanliness, comfort and simplicity.
Dinner menu (too complicated and disbalanced flavors and combinations - italy doesnt need fine dining as it already has the perfect simple food). Carpets need love. Staff is lovely but at times not helpful or forgets stuff. We stayed here 10 days so we had time to examine everything. Toiletries are bad quality for such a fantastic hotel so we had to buy outside.

Beautiful location with an exuberant and beautiful tropical garden. However, the property could use a makeover while retaining the concept in which it was set up. For example, the carpet in the hall is completely worn out. There is no complementary water, so you are forced to go to the beach bar more expensively or to get it yourself in the village. There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. At this (price) level (>1000 euros a day) it is all about details. Then the experience should be flawless. There is no such thing. You pay for the garden and the spot on the beach, but that doesn't make the experience complete enough, certainly not compared to other hotel chains that charge similar prices (eg Aman). Finally, the account was debited twice (>8000 euros for 4 days). This has been canceled but we had to go after it. Doesn't match the level of hotelry you might expect. Overall a close 7/10 rating.

The pictures here don't do it justice really, it's a much more beautiful hotel than they show. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food is great. Rooms are pretty spacious. It's also quite close to Tasso Square. Definitely would recommend.
