I ordered a res at the FIRST HOTEL in MILAN airport area- after the order was filled it was at the IDEA hotel-I needed to stay at the FIRST HOTEL as i requested on the order. Your company should have notified me before i was charged I am very upset

Close to mxp airport
Ac wont work and when I asked they mentioned it is unavailable until April 15 and open the window on a hot day. There were bugs flying around. Also the location nearby the hotel perimeter feels dangerous.. Staff will hung up on you when calling for shuttl

Couldn't rest on my transit stay. Big issues: The air conditioner didn't work, room was very hot and the air very stuffy (in the whole hotel). Check-In took ages. Loud floors and lobby because of club/restaurant/youth meetups in ground floor. Bad internet to no internet connection in the room so for work sitting in the lobby is needed which was impossible to work in because of the noise.
A few small things like; The water bottles in the room are not free but with a charge. No Watercooker/Microwave etc. in room. Shower without curtain > wet bathroom. Nearly no international TV Channels nor smart TV (YouTube etc.) etc.

I liked the convince of the property, I got in late and just needed to stay overnight somewhere close and the airport shuttle was extremely convenient.
The location of the airport shuttle was unclear, I waited at exit 5 as stated and called hotel reception to double check. But calling the driver he stated to wait at exit 7. I got woken up by maybe a cleaner who entered my room at 9am. I was confused. But overall, facilities were fine for just a one night stay. Not very sound proof as I was kept up by random sounds, I thought it maybe haunted lol.

The breakfast was fabulous! Easy to get to the hotel from the airport with their bus. Good value for the price honestly.
