Outstanding Location in beautiful Monti. The Colosseum is right out your front door! Very comfortable room, beautifully decorated and spotless. Definitely will stay again next time we are in Rome.

The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the city. the room was clean, and the host was always available and very kind.
If you prefer a softer bed this bed is firm. The room was small.

Great location
Should have provided way to get into property as it is located behind a non descript green door without knowing the pass code. Also challenging with luggage. Great great great location by colosseum and restaurants.

The location is excellent but the best part is the staff, especially Ivory. She always very accommodating and helpful.
The smell in the lobby of the building was bad.

The location was peerless, could throw a stone and hit the colosseum. Beds comfortable. Amenities exceed expectations. The staff are very friendly with excellent English.
Walls were thin, could hear noise from the other rooms. Breakfast was okay.

Great location for bars and restaurants and the Coliseum is visible from the front door of the building. Room is spotless and breakfast is served in the room by the very pleasant staff that work there.
A comfy chair in the room to sit in would have been appreciated. You do have a table and two chairs.

The guesthouse has a great location near the Colosseum. It's in a safe area. From what I can tell, it's a flat divided into three rooms, each with a private bathroom. The room was clean, and the pictures accurately represented the reality.
The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. We also had free cookies, coffee, and tea.
The host is amazing, supportive, and super friendly. She allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out.
It would be better if there were a small fridge.

Everything was great, super friendly staff and very helpful too. Excellent location and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served in the room and was very tasty.

Ivory was such a kind, welcoming host. The location is central to all of the historic sights. Though while central, it is very quiet. Ang such a large breakfast!! A great value.

Location was excellent! Clean facilities. Staff was very welcoming.
The air conditioning was confusing to use - would have liked assistance figuring it out. Did not realize the rooms set up like a college quad and with the pictures thought we would have access to a terrace.

This was an absolute gem a stones throw away from the Colosseum. We couldnt be happier with the service, the exceptionally helpful staff, size of our room, generous breakfast and the incredible location.
There was nothing we didnt like, it was all way above expectation for us.
