I liked the friendly staff that was pretty helpful in my questions. Useful maps and info provided for self exploration of the city. I loved that it was so close to the metro that allowed me to more around easily throughout the whole city. I bought a 48 hour ticket and it was well worth it!
The facility was not really clean.. it was ok, but a shared dorm... the bathroom stank of Pee as the men missed... this is why separation of gender is preferable. Hygiene is important to women. On the second evening, I was cold, the sheets didn't help. Maybe an option for blankets?

It was very close to Colosso and the centre of Rome. And very close to the Bologna Metro station

There was AC in our private room which was amazing, i heard from the dorms they turn off during the night. Great social space, got to meet heaps of different people Owner is general quite friendly and active in the hostel and wants to interact with people and know them Pretty much right next to Bologna metro station and easy to get to the colosseum and pretty much everything
Owner was a little forward and could make people new people feel uncomfortable. However, that might just be a cultural thing. Not too sure what the cleaner did because nothing really changed in our room Wanted us to pay half in cash because card machine didn't work, but in the end it did work. Read other reviews owner does a similar thing to others. (I think as a hostel you should state this on booking.com if you want cash because it will catch people out that dont have cash and dont want to take out cash) Random people keep coming in during the night so not sure if security is that great. I heard one worker kept coming into someones dorm during the night and talking while they were sleeping and made the people feel uncomfortable, a man proceeded to tell the receptionist the next day which apparently its happened before and nothing has changed. Very very expensive hostel for not that much, some people I were talking too said they were being changed 90-100 euros a night for a bed which was crazy.

Maybe the only thing I liked about it is that its conveniently located
dirty restrooms, overpriced for the value given, beds frame are made of some weak materials that keeps shaking everyone one toss while sleeping

The enviroment is enjoyable. Great staffand communication. The manager- Marco- is a wonderful person who makes you feel staying in a secure and comfortable place.
The owner of the hostel should invest more for this business by offering more fresh and comfortable rooms.

The hostel is in a great location, a few minutes from a metro station, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby, esay to find. The people working there were very kind and helpful, I would recommend this to anyone. I am going to stay here the next time I return to Rome.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. The room was a bit cold, but they immediately gave me a heater to solve this problem. Wifi worked everywhere in the hostel too, nice hot water for shower.
