The location was great. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. There were 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities. It was a very good place to stay.It is also situated directly across from a fabulous and casual wine bar with delicious food and wine.
When we were leaving the taxi was not able to find our location. That was a bit challenging.

Beautifully decorated and restored apartment in a really well located and fascinating area in the middle of a very old part of Rome. The apartment itself is exceptional, full of character, tastefully decorated and with top quality everything. It is located in a very old building in a very fascinating and well located area that is highly involving from the very moment you walk out of the front door. It is located close to virtually everything, restaurants, plazas, nearly every tourist area in Rome is easily accessible to and from all the main want to see areas. We just loved it.

we stayed in grand suite ricci. service was absolutely amazing! the suite was awesome and centrally located. the area was safe and the apartment secured by a door that could double as a bank vault door.
there are two beds; a foam mattress and a very old spring mattress. The spring mattress is terrible with multiple springs broken; the foam one was comfy and luckily our son who’s about 30lbs could still sleep in the crib they provide comfortably.
i’m giving 5/5 stars regardless because this was a minor inconvenience, but i would recommend replacing that old spring bed.

The best thing about the location is professionalism and friendliness of the staff, including Federica and Maria Jessica. Our family visited Rome and booked several different suites. They went above and beyond coordinating our check-in times and ensuring a smooth stay. Federica helped me book a restaurant reservation for 40 people and also set up and walked me to an appointment to get my wedding dress pressed. I cannot emphasize enough how great the staff is. The suites were all clean, comfortable, and in a great part of town. It was close enough to walk to many sites, but removed from the crowds. We had a wonderful stay. Grazie mille!

The location was great by being in reasonable waking distance to all the main sites to visit. The apartment was big with plenty of bedrooms. The property manager, Maria Jessica, was very helpful answering all my questions weeks before we even arrived.

The apartment was in a great location, 10 mins stroll to Vatica, Piazza Navona and 15-20 to Trevo Fontana.
The apartment is in a lovely square. It can be lively on a Friday/Saturday night, as there are several restaurants on the square.
The 2 restaurants are actually fantastic. Good value, great food and pleasant staff.
The apartment itself is huge and very well kept. Ideal, as for us, for 2 families with kids. A third family could have been accommodated.
There is good lounge space, a good kitchen (which we didn't try at all!), and 5 very comfortable bedrooms with several bathrooms and toilets.
There was no fault. We will return.

Location, and how cool is the flat, perfect for a family or for a couple.
Is not a dislike, but if you travel with kids, be aware there are stairs inside. But again is not a dislike, but could be a hazard if your kids are not adult enough.
