I’ve stayed here for the second time already and I will definitely come back again. First of all, the location is ideal – all the main attractions are just a 1–2 km walk away. Truly a perfect place. No noise at all.
The apartments are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and they have everything you might need. I also want to mention that the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I had just had surgery, so this was especially important to me.
And Maria is the warmest and most wonderful person – she was caring, helpful, and gave great advice. Highly recommended.

Great location, modern comfortable room in a historic building. Very clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. Shared kitchen/living area with all the necessary facilities.

Brilliant location in the heart of Rome. Safe and secure. Quiet.
Maria is a gracious host and genuinely assisted us.
We were extremely grateful that we could store our luggage safely too on the day of checking out.
The towels were a bit thin - maybe time to replace with new fluffy towels.

A great location just across the bridge from Trastervere, a vibrant bohemian area with cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The staff, Maria was amazing and went out of her way to help us.

Coming through the ancient wooden doors into a beautiful courtyard and using the antique double-door lift felt very special.
The ensuite room itself was modern and comfortable. Location was excellent with things to look at in every direction.
The hosts were friendly and helpful.
We were a bit confused on arrival and took the stairs initially with our luggage, which was hard work.
