The rooms were very nice.Very roomy with a comfortable king bed. We enjoyed using the courtyard for breakfast and cocktails. The location was convenient. We enjoyed our Tour of the Church also. The staff was very helpful and a wealth of information.
The only complaint is that it took 15+ minutes to get any beverage or coffee from the bar area. The drinks were good but it seemed to take forever.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds...very calming...staff was very courteous...loved our room...number 816...the chapel was beautiful...the two nuns that we met...were warm and friendly...absolutely loved our stay...can't wait to go back to room 816!

Breakfast is very nice and offered a wonderfully relaxed way to start the day.
Not all the rooms have actual showers. The tubs are lovely but would specifically request a room with a shower in the future.

Hotel staff was very nice at the front desk, and bellmen. The area was nice and we enjoyed the hotel overall.
Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. The wait staff during aperitivo were very unattentive and a bit rude. Service at breakfast, more than 1 time was very slow.

The property was lovely. It was located near great restaurants with plenty of options available. The courtyard area where we ate breakfast was so nice. All of the staff were friendly and polite. Bernadette waited on us often and you could not ask for a sweeter person!

Love the hotel and stay, not to far to walk to many locations.
Hotel is an old monastery, so parts of the hotel are separated by sets of stairs which were cumbersome with luggage.

beautiful historical property. Marco was wonderful at the front desk.
We had to put paper under the door to keep the bathroom door shut. Would've liked a 2nd complimentary bottle of water the 2nd day. Instead the empty bottle was still there.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was beautiful, the cocktails were beyond excellent! The curated gardens and simple rooftop terrace were great ways to unwind after a day in busy Rome.

Staff at reception good. Sheets clean every day
No room in the bath for toiletries. Slow bar, restaurant service. Overpriced room service.
Overall not a choice I’d make again.

Perfect location! Amazing rooftop and gardens. Breakfast is gorgeous. Interiors classy.
Doesn’t have a bar on the roof so you have to balance ur drinks on a tray up on the roof without spilling while going up stairs. But very small detail just being nit picky

Clean and spacious room, beautiful property in an excellent location.
Our room was located above a recycling center which was very loud in the middle of the night and very early in the morning.
