Amazing location, next to piazza Venezia and 7 minutes walk from the Jewish ghetto. The staff was really nice and assisted with our request.
The building is not very welcoming and sleeping in the first floor was very noisy at nights

The staff were amazing specially the people who prepared the breakfast. The breakfast was a good selection. There was a bus stop really close to the hotel.
The AC wasn’t fully working and made the room stuffy and extremely warm, it was difficult to sleep. Also the second bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, it seemed like the place is overpriced.

The door knob fell off to the bathroom door. The bathroom door didn’t close. The hot water stopped working. The electric stopped working to charge our phones. The staff was nice and helpful.

The location is awesome and the apartment itself is clean and comfortable. There is great connectivity from the apartment and the staff is super helpful. The free breakfast helps but starts at 8am.
The breakfast area is very tight. Both floors are combined in the reception area which usually fills up at 8. There is no place to stand. It would have been better to keep breakfast on both floors since the upper floor is practically empty with everyone rushing downstairs for food.

Jordan at the helpdesk is very helpful. The kettle and other facilities too. It was great overall. The location is very close to piazza venezia and foro romano too. Everything is practically walkable, except the vatican.
Housekeeping put the clothes I used to sleep on the outside of my suitcase. Like, just put it on the bed maybe?

Great location
Poor noise isolation. We heard loud children in our room from the common area and through the bathroom vents. When I wanted to book our return taxi the staff spent 15min talking with someone booking a room, who was trying to haggle the price, didn’t understand city tax, and wanted to double check everything with a calculator. My request took 2min.
