A number of nice little touches, like a free bottle of wine, cool elevator, and the apartment was serviced every other day. We liked having a concierge and being able to check-in a little early. Also, Georgia graciously allowed us to store our luggage on checkout day. We had a lovely stay!
Well, we liked having a washing machine in the building but I managed to both shrink and completely wrinkle a full load of clothes. It was operator error but a machine that allows setting the temperature might have been helpful.

Newly renovated, easy to access, clean and has everything one might need.
Really short walk to the Vatican.
Plenty of eating and supermarket options nearby.
The aircon was going crazy on the first evening, unknown error and after 6h it was ok again.

After changing the apartment, we stayed in the best one they had – it was really greatGood locationVery well equipped (we appreciated the welcome wine, coffee capsules, and olive oil).Daily cleaning and fresh towels on request.
At first, we were given a different apartment with dirty walls and in poor condition, but after intervention we were moved.

1. one of the best place to stay if visiting Vatican and all of Rome. Just A few minutes walk to the entrance of Vatican - the gate opens at about 7:30'sh AM and there's barely a queue so you can just breeze through the Vatican. At 8AM theres a mass at the altar of Saint Joseph which we attended (of course Italian mass) which was very solemn as there's still few people. crowd starts at about 9- 9:30sh.
2. Behind the complex is a lot of shops (asian products are also available on the small stores if you turn to the right side from building entrance. fast food also available- Mc donalds and Jollibee between the complex and vatican (but why would you have this if youre in Italy- enjoy authentic pizza and pasta!)
3. The apartment itself is lovely, we are middle class family and got everything that will makes us comfortable. we make breakfast at the apartment, it's fully equipped for cooking and eat out for the rest of the day (though there's no stopping from making some in the apartment too!). The complex is clean and has a little LIFT which is important if you have loads of luggage. but mostly, Asia, the awesome lady at the reception is just very helpful and very accommodating. it ticks all our requirement, and my kids call this home in Rome. if we swing by Rome again, we will not stay anywhere else.
4. lastly, best way to explore Rome is through walking, but if its tricky, train is just a few steps from the apartment!
couldnt really think of any. of course the apartment is not a 5 star hotel- it is a self catering apartment which is why an amazing option for middle class. it is not budget place but its also not a billionaire place, just the right balance especially for travelling family. well equipped to be comfortable and if anything else is lacking, Asia is more than happy to help anyway!

Great location at the heart of Rome, various public transport and good restaurants and shops around, several minutes walk from the Vatican. The apartment is spacious, modern, fully equipped even for longer stay, and perfectly clean. Flawless communication with the hosts. Great welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. Thank you!

the elevator is very small amd old and hard to use which we prefered to use stairs(we were in second floor).you can t say it is very clean there was some dust at kitchen and appliances and the sheets on sofa bed was very old that you didnt desire to sleep on them (but the bed in the bedroom and it s sheet was clean and comfortable) .the sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable.our neighbors were very crowded who rented some appartments there and they were so noisy until late .however it s not the property owner fault but there should be strict instruction for silent hours because he told them to be quite but the next night they were noisy again at night and early in the morning and didn t let us to sleep well

The apartment was easy to access. The bed was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have in room coffee and daily cleaning and clean towels daily. The front desk coordinator was wonderful.
The laundry room could have been more tidy. It looked liked a catch all room for the facility. The outside of the facility had scaffolding but was not bothered by any work being done on the building.

Asia the apartment's host was very approachable to the requests.
Luggages can be kept for a while after check-out.
It is a great convenience to us not to rent a baggage storage facility while having
a last-minute tour of the city.
Generous complements on drinks, coffee, as well as pasties.
Walking distance to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica.

Hostess Georgia was really responsive and helpful. She not only arranged the very reliable transportation for us to and from the airport and provided the detailed information regarding checkin procedures. Bed was divinely good and comfy. And I like all the electronic control system work through the apartment with this old charming Roman apartment. Location is safe and convenient for people who’d like to visit the Vatican Museum.
The cleaness of the apartment. We found very clear huge footprints went all the way from the doorway to the bathroom inside the apartment and it even got onto the bathmat towel, even the floor was a bit sticky; and the dishwasher smelled really gross with unfinished washing cycle though there was no utensils or plates to be washed at all.
