Silvio was very friendly and informative. He arranged a transfer from the railway station for us and let us leave our bags in the property after we had checked out. He gave us a lot of information about the local area and transport links. We enjoyed relaxing for an hour in the property's lovely and very peaceful garden.

Wonderful
Very comfortable apartment in a great area. Our charming host Silvio had all the answers and plenty of suggestions to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Bus stop right outside takes you to Colosseum and into city centre and there are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet and extremely safe. Highly recommended by us both and we've travelled alot. Grazie mille. SILVIO.

This is an absolutely charming place to stay! The property is beautiful and its easy access to so many areas of Rome. Silvio was a perfect host. Learn the bus system it will be helpful. The pictures are exactly as they show.

We loved this part of Trastevere because it was quiet but we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the river. The house is gorgeous, with a lovely garden that we wish we'd spent more time in. The room and bathroom were large and well maintained. Silvio is very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
The only negative thing was that our room was right next to the communal kitchen area, and sometimes people were noisy when doing their dishes and talking out there in the morning. It could be helpful to have a sign to remind people that other people may be resting in their rooms, and maybe to let people know about that when they check in. Most of the time it was fine, but some people did wake us up one morning. It was still better than staying on a busy street with motorcycles and ambulances, though there was none of that.

Location is brilliant!! Trastevere is a fantastic location. Easy walking or bus to main attractions (we walked but up to 20km per day). But heaps of great coffee shops and restaurants within a few hundred metres and a quiet safe area. Couldn't rate the area more highly. The Villa was beautiful. Old and majestic and spacious. Ideal room for couple plus child. (We found it hard to find family accommodation with enough beds so great to find a room with large double plus single). Very clean and under the very friendly hosting of Silvio who was always available to give advice or assist with organising transport etc. Limo pickup from airport was best as arrived jet lagged. We'd stay here again!
The bed was a bit firm for us - but maybe just personal taste.

Absolutely lovely villa in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Rome, not far also from the main monuments (both by walking or by public transport). The garden, and the building, were very, very nice (I guess in spring/summer, this is a paradise to just rest and read a book) The room was clean, spacious, bright, cute, and super comfortable. Also, there was a little kitchen to prepare coffee and tea. And a very nice terrace, perfect if you still did not quit smoking. Also, Silvio's restaurant help and recommendations, are a 10/10. What a nice time in Rome!

Beautiful villa at a convenient location. Quiet but close to the area with shops and restaurants. And owner was really helpful with explaning everything and arranging taxi transportation from and to airport.

The host is very helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, easily connected by several buses, and even within walking distance if you are a walker. The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed.
