Really well presented, and catered for the large group that was present without limitations on other guests.
We observed some garden work being completed, but the Villa is 'tired' and needs a refresh.

It's really calm place in the outskirts of the Rome. Comfortable room with a balcony and bathroom. There is also a restaurant but we haven'y tried it. In general I do recommend for 1-2 days stay.
It would be good to have some non-sweet options for the breakfast.

breakfast isnt made for north Europeans
although dinner was perfect it was very annoying that the television was so extremely loud

We booked this guest house as it was close to bus stop. Unfortunately the bus service in frascati is none existent. Only choice then is to walk (50-60 mins) or Taxi, which is far too expensive(20euro twice daily to train station)
Breakfast is disappointing, just pastries and cereal on offer, however this seems to be a norm in places I've stayed in italy

very beautiful villa, good equipped rooms
breakfast - only sweeties, no bread, was brought after special request, waitress was not happy to do it. The same with milk, after request. The attempt to get second cup of coffee was met almost aggressively. The coffee was served with the words that it is considered as second breakfast.
