Clean, well-equipped room with its own bathroom. Great location - a few minutes from the metro, bus next to the apartment. Some great restaurants around. Luca is a brilliant B&B owner! We totally recommend this place.

We stayed there for two nights in total it was okay. The room was clean and enough had enough space for two persons. The breakfast was decent you cant expect a high class breakfast compared to the price. Luca was really nice also also helped us to give a little suggestions about Rome.

Dont expect a 5 star Luxury hotel. Do expect a clean, comfortable, room, with a private bathroom, access to a kitchen with a very good breakfast, (juice, yogurt, pastries, coffee, bread, meat, cheese if you want more. The kitchen has a microwave so you can do prep. The unit has a bus stop in front, and a metro about two blocks away. From the main train station you can catch the Termini Metro easily to Octtavia Metro. A few blocks from Vatican for early morning access. Safe neighborhood for walking, attractions, eating. Local neighborhood. Lucas is very helpful and wonderful tips. AND fantastic gelato cafe across street. Best place ever! Thank you for wonderful stay!

From the moment we landed, Luca kept in touch to make sure we had arrived OK! A true gentleman.
Luca was a great host and explained all the best places to go, the apartment was excellent with all the facilities we needed for our stay. One particular thing I would like to mention is how clean and homely the apartment was every day.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and it was perfect. The rooms are much bigger that in the pictures and very very clean, as is the bathroom. The location offers you everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, you have privacy, cleanliness and a delicious breakfast.
The property is very close to the Vatican City, a 10 minute walk away, the metro and bus station are also very close. Also, if you like to see the city on foot, you can walk to the most important location in Rome such as: Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps or Piazza di Papolo.
About Luca, the owner, we only have good words. He is a very good man, he also helped us with tips on how to organize our trip or where we can eat well. He provided us with everything we needed and a good mood in the discussions with him.
In conclusion, we recommend this place for those who love traveling and want an accommodation that offers quality services at a fair price and a good location. We cant wait to return to Vica Pota Guesthouse!
