The reception staff was great! Very warm welcome! Location was great.
Cleanliness. There were finger prints and stains everywhere. The bath tube hasn't been cleaned properly unfortunately. I started to disinfect everything around me for my kid to be able to open the shelf door for example.

The breakfast was good value
Tiny bar. Small lounge. Poor bathroom with shower in bath and no handrail. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Water sprayed from shower over the floor. One dressing gown for two guests. No help with baggage up and down entrance steps

Staff were so kind and patient with me allowing me to practice my Italian. They were very informative of things to do in the area as well as facilities in the hotel and explained things thoroughly. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Likes the fact there was a fridge to store things and there was a kettle and a coffee machine.
It was very hot and stuffy in the room and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I could open the windows but during the night, it was loud in the streets I could hear every noise with the windows open so I didn’t sleep great. The walls are quite thin so could hear the rooms next door when the water was running when using the shower or the toilet from next door, it was quite loud.

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel and rated it 10/10. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm and professional staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
A special touch that truly stood out was the thoughtful gift given to us at check-out — it was priceless and left a lasting impression.
Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is close to the train station and metro. The hotel staff welcomed us with a smile and answered every request. The breakfast was good. There are stairs at the entrance to the hotel and they immediately sent someone to help lift the luggage.

Jacuzzi, staff lovely
Having to book the jacuzzi for 1 hour slots as sometimes wasn't available and sauna only on if pre booked. No fresh milk in room and hot breakfast was often not very hot, long walk from major attractions but very close to train station. Bar expensive 7 euro for a bottle of Moretti and only 2 euro from the shop on corner

Excellent location near the main train station. We could walk to all the main city centre attractions, including the Colosseum etc. The hotel was small but very boutique and felt very personal, made more so by the very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was small, but clean and well decorated with a boutique theme. I mentioned that the visit was for my partner’s birthday and they had hung a happy birthday banner over the window and written a lovely happy birthday card, along with a small bottle of Prosecco!
Would be good to have small milk cartons as opposed to the milk sachets provided.
