Everything! Nothing to complain Very good location; shops, bars, restaurants all very clos; about 30-40 minutes walking distance in order to arrive e.g. at Fontana di Trevi Fantastic hosts Coffee making facilities / dishes / cutlery available in common area
If you are sensitive to noise and if your room faces the main road, it's for sure a bit noisy especially with the window open

The location was very convenient to the train station and the Colosseum. There was a metro station very close by and several bus routes in the area. My room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with great water pressure. My room was cleaned and my towels replaced when requested. I did not hear any noise from the other rooms. The staff were very responsive to my questions.
The street noise was pretty loud until late. The elevator was not working when i left at 6am.

This was my second stay here and it was wonderful yet again! The location is super central (10min walk from the Colosseum), the rooms are very nice and well equipped, there is a kitchenette and most of all: Patrizia and Ariana are the amazing staff, that keep the place sparkling and welcoming! Can only recommend and will visit again!

Big spacious room, clean and closer to the station. Just few minutes walk to colosseo. Host was very accommodating they let us leave our luggage even left us a key to access the place after check out just for our luggage. You see the place is like an apartment complex once you enter the big main door to the apartment you just head up to third floor and youll see a velvet suite sign. As soon as you enter youll be greet by a very chic audrey hepburn which serves as a common room. Then someone will check you in and give you the keys 3 sets of it one for the main door for the complex then to the apartments and then to your room. Marco was very helpful and really knows the place well. He works before at the Vatican museum so he really have knowledge if you want to ask for tip. We only stayed for two nights so it wasnt really enough to see Rome but enough to check some famous landmarks

Modern and clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Really good location, very close to the metro, main train station and a short walk to the Colosseum! The host was lovely!
Could hear noise from the street at night, but it didnt keep us awake.

Amazing location. Lots of restaurantes, fresh bakery around. walking distance to metro station. Nice walk to colosseum. Room very clean. Huge room with high ceilings. Air conditioning working perfectly. Huge bathroom. Very quiet at night perfect to rest after a busy day in Rome.

It was a very nice and easy stay. We were welcomed nicely and even though we arrived early, the staff tries to clean the room as soon as possible so we could move in. It was well located and we could easily stroll the entire city by foot or by scooter. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. We will definitely come again when being in room.
