Great host, very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for Vatican and short walk to historic centre. Surprisingly quiet at night. Spacious room.

Alessandro & Alessandra were very kind, accommodating, & kind. Alessandra responds to queries & requests quickly. We had so much stress about 2 flight cancellations & missing luggage due to the Dubai floods but the couple were so helpful.

The property has perfect location near the city center, so there is no need to take bus/taxi/metro. There are many shops and restaurants around. As the accommodation is located in the 4th floor, there is almost no noise coming from the street. The service is perfect, the owners are very kind and willing to help.
The inner walls are very thin so any motion or the use of toilet during the night is very noisy.

Everything! A nice cosy B&B in a great location. Very welcoming host making us feel at home and comfortable. Nice choice of biscuits, cakes,, yoghurts, juices and hot drinks at all times. Everything cleverly thought about.

The photos on the website lead you to believe that you are getting a corner room with two windows, spacious and with a canap and very nicely colored. Actually, when you arrive, you get a much smaller room then you thought.

This was our second stay. Great location, caring owner/manager, spacious and clean room. Disappointing experience with breakfast. One day we were out early and didn't take advantage. The other day when we would have truly enjoyed tea and toast, there were only TWO pieces of bread (two crust/end pieces.) We enjoyed the room but at the price point, to not replenish an already rather meagre breakfast is entirely unacceptable.
