This charming apartment is a 10/10 for Rome! Valentina gave us a warm welcome (including a nice bottle of wine and chocolates) and proudly showed us the amenities of the apartment (which has a washing machine and a dishwasher!). She stayed in touch with us throughout our short stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The refrigerator was stocked with yogurt and water and the kitchen has everything you would need to do your own cooking, but there's no need to cook -- there are several great bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The apartment is in a gated building that opens to a large and lush garden courtyard that is truly a peaceful respite from the busyness of the city. There's a separate locked door to the hallway and elevator that leads to the apartment. The bed, pillows, and linen are super comfy; the bathroom is modern and very functional with good lighting at the mirror; the shower, though small (as is the case with old buildings in Italy) has plenty of hot water, good water pressure, drains well and doesn't leak. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and is bathed in natural light from the juliet balcony. All of these amenities, as well as the thoughtful details and charming decor make this a very cozy and livable apartment for your time in Rome. We'll be back next time we're in Rome!

You can find everything you could need during your stay, Valentina thought of everything. The apartment is reall elegant and beautiful. The Vatican is closer than you would think and most sights are really easy to access. Valentina is an amazing host. In this apartment you can feel like the angels are watching over you.

Valentina is a wonderful host! Entrance to the accommodation is perfect via gate and garden. There is an elevator. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, washing machine, large bedroom, good WiFi.
The shower is a bit small but the bathroom is very clean and hot water is working really well.
We came by car, parking is around the corner and Valentina arranged parking-tickets for us. Enough restaurants/coffee/bars in the area of the accommodation.
Walking distance to Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo is good, Colosseum-area is a long walk but the metrostation is close to Vatican Angels. Really nice place just outside the very busy parts of Rome.

The house is perfect, has absolutely everything, Valentina is super helpful and kind, there is also small things for breakfast, very beautiful interior court with the garden. Smells good and fresh everywhere.
Liked everything, but a small thing that can be added - an electric dryer for washed clothes as because of the humidity it's not easy to wash and dry after some heavy items, if you have it. but only as recommendation and mostly for winter.

What a little gem! This place is perfect for everything. It’s a lovely comfortable flat with everything you would need. The flat is close to a fabulous market, restaurants, bars and not to mention the Vatican! It’s great we loved it and will be back. Valentina is a special person ?

A lovely flat , so comfortable and well equipped and very clean. A 15 minute walk to St Peters square , 5 minutes to Vatican museum. Metro only 2mins from flat.Really comfortable bed and great shower. Valentino the host is amazing, so friendly and kind.Welcome treats left for you including cake. She will help you with anything. Thank you for arranging taxi to and from airport and for restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend this flat.

It’s in town with associated road noise and ambulance screaming every two hours. brick building with high grade double windows blocks road noise but not frequent sirens

Valentina was a perfect host. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Elevator was nice to have. Close to Vatican entrance and Cipro metro station both less than 5 minutes walk. Apartment was spotless. Evening we arrived exhausted from US ate at Cantina 26 across the street - very nice restaurant.
A little far from central historical area of Rome for two 70+ year olds. (20 minute walk) but taxi stand near and metro gives flexibility.
