The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The hosts Luba and Marco were amazing. The breakfast was homemade pastries and goodies that were delicious. They helped us navigate transportation and made sure we had everything we needed. When I go back to Rome I definitely will stay there again!

The location is convenient to many sights. The building and facilities are lovely. Modern conveniences with the charm of Rome. Our hosts were so accommodating and provided a gourmet breakfast. We highly recommend this location.

This was the perfect place to land after our flight from the United States. Lyuba and Marco were the kindest hosts. Lyuba waited on the street for our van to drop us off. She helped us get upstairs to her B and B. Once we were shown our room (which was ready upon our arrival at 1pm), we were invited into the kitchen for beverage and pastry. They showed us a map of the city and pointed out where special sites were.
The building was close to the Vatican Museums and St Peter's Square. There was also a metro stop within two blocks and they showed us how to get there.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; we had three in our party: parents and one teenager. The bathroom was spacious.
Breakfast with Lyuba and Marco was served from 8:00 until 9:30. They are both super friendly and accommodating. The food available for breakfast was varied and delicious! There was yogurt, boiled eggs, savory and sweet baked goods, toast, fruit (delicious oranges!), meat, cheese, as well as juices and coffee made to order. They were so kind to our teenage son, too!
On Easter Sunday we left the apartment at 6,00 for Easter Mass in St Peter's Square. The night prior, Lyuba left food for us to take with us that morning: sandwiches and other snacks. That was above and beyond anything we would expect.
In addition, we forgot an article of clothing in the apartment so she contacted us immediately and since we were flying out of Rome after a 10-day tour of Italy, she was happy to hold it for us so that we could stop by before flying out.
We totally recommend staying here- everything about this Bed and Breakfast is superb!

Hosts are lovely, we enjoyed very much the conversations over breakfast, also they were very helpful in guiding us and made our Rome visit easier.
Breakfast was perfect, with lot of options salty & sweet, plus the special treat - fresh tarts prepared by Lyuba every day.
The apartment is nice and comfortable, loved the bathroom- very clean and well organised. Location is very good, close to center, restaurants and metro close by.
At the end, we left as friends and already planning the return.

The friendliness and willingness to help us in our vacation, everything from dining reservations to transportation to and from train station. Wonderful people and the beer left in my fridge was a perfect addition.
I can’t say that I didn’t like anything. Our visit was during the summer so the heat was a lot. The property was very accommodating and I have no negative statements against this B&B.

What a fantastic B&B. It is in a great location with the majority of Rome’s key sites walkable from the property, especially the Vatican, but also 5 minutes walk to the metro station which connects to sites slightly further away in around 15 mins subway journey (e.g. Colosseum) for €1.50 if you don’t want to walk. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom “apartment” which was excellent and comfortable. What makes this B&B stand out though are the hosts Lyuba and Marco who are incredible. They were so kind and generous. They gave the best tips on what to do and see, best times to visit to avoid the biggest crowds and all the best and great value delicious local restaurants (and ice cream parlours) to eat at nearby - which they will even book for you. The breakfast spread they put on every morning is the best I’ve ever seen…you will not go hungry and can skip lunch if you want to save some money as you will be full of pastries, pies, cakes, meats, fruits, cheeses etc etc! Truly a wonderful place to stay. We will be back!

Great location and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was extensive and excellent. Luba had many helpful recommendations for first time visitors to Rome
Shower had lower pressure and temperature but was adequate.
