the location is quiet even it is facing the busy street. It is a 15' walk to St. Peter's Basilica. 5' walk to near by restaurants and gelato shops.
Marco and Lyuba are extremely helpful, super kind and generous. You get freshly- baked pastries and sweets from Lyuba every morning. Marco is there to help you with transportations and booking tickets.
They make you feel like you're staying with family not as guests.

The place is not only near all the scenic spots in Rome, but the service that were extended by the hosts (Marco and Lyuba) is so warm and caring. We cannot forget the yummy cakes, fresh fruits and delicious breakfast.

Hosts are lovely, we enjoyed very much the conversations over breakfast, also they were very helpful in guiding us and made our Rome visit easier.
Breakfast was perfect, with lot of options salty & sweet, plus the special treat - fresh tarts prepared by Lyuba every day.
The apartment is nice and comfortable, loved the bathroom- very clean and well organised. Location is very good, close to center, restaurants and metro close by.
At the end, we left as friends and already planning the return.

The friendliness and willingness to help us in our vacation, everything from dining reservations to transportation to and from train station. Wonderful people and the beer left in my fridge was a perfect addition.
I can’t say that I didn’t like anything. Our visit was during the summer so the heat was a lot. The property was very accommodating and I have no negative statements against this B&B.

What a fantastic B&B. It is in a great location with the majority of Rome’s key sites walkable from the property, especially the Vatican, but also 5 minutes walk to the metro station which connects to sites slightly further away in around 15 mins subway journey (e.g. Colosseum) for €1.50 if you don’t want to walk. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom “apartment” which was excellent and comfortable. What makes this B&B stand out though are the hosts Lyuba and Marco who are incredible. They were so kind and generous. They gave the best tips on what to do and see, best times to visit to avoid the biggest crowds and all the best and great value delicious local restaurants (and ice cream parlours) to eat at nearby - which they will even book for you. The breakfast spread they put on every morning is the best I’ve ever seen…you will not go hungry and can skip lunch if you want to save some money as you will be full of pastries, pies, cakes, meats, fruits, cheeses etc etc! Truly a wonderful place to stay. We will be back!

Very spacious room with comfortable bed and nice linens. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. The location is outstanding. It’s in a neighborhood and away from the tourist rush. However it’s an easy walk to the Vatican.

Great location and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was extensive and excellent. Luba had many helpful recommendations for first time visitors to Rome

We stayed for five days in this wonderful B&B. We arrived too early to check in, but we received a very warm welcome and were allowed to leave our luggage so we could go out for lunch in the meantime.
We were given so many valuable tips about Rome — not only about the main sights, but also their personal recommendations, advice for public transport and restaurants.
We stayed in the suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The suite had every comfort we could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday.
Breakfast was very generous, with delicious homemade cakes or pastries every morning. We were even given a small bag with pastries to take with us for our day trips.
The hospitality here is truly admirable! Nothing is ever too much for them. When they found out that I was intolerant to eggs, they went out of their way to bake something especially for me.
On top of that, their thoughtfulness really touched me. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they surprised me with a homemade birthday cake and a bottle of prosecco. We celebrated together with the other guests. I was so moved by their kindness.
Whenever we wanted to go out for dinner, they listened carefully to what we were looking for and recommended places that perfectly matched our wishes. They even offered to call the restaurant to make a reservation for us. If you like sushi, they know a very good place!
When we first arrived in Rome, we decided to make our own way to the B&B instead of using their airport transfer. They kindly suggested alternative options that were very budget-friendly.
For our departure, we did choose their airport transfer, which they arranged for us. We were even allowed to leave our luggage at the B&B after check-out, so we could enjoy extra hours in Rome without worry. The transfer went perfectly smoothly and stress-free.
Communication was excellent as well.

This was easily the best stay we had on our 3month trip through Europe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, large and well decorated, in a lovely building with an cage elevator (which was cool). The location was fantastic. 10-15min walk to the Vatican which was safe to walk to early morning, close to the metro station on the main line plus bus stops nearby which made getting around really easy. The neighbourhood is safe too and we had no issues getting to great restaurants as well. But the best thing about our stay was our hosts Lyuba and Marco. The breakfasts and morning cappuccinos were delicious and generous, and our hosts had great recommendations for things to do and see during our stay to get the most out of it. They were extremely thoughtful, making the trip extra special with a surprise birthday cake during our breakfast. It felt like a home away from home and we looked forward to breakfast with them and other guests every morning, as well as coming home at the end of a hectic sightseeing day. 10/10 - could not rate our stay more highly. We'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

Marco and Lyuba were just so amazing and you can really see and appreciate the care and attention to detail that they put into every thing concerning the property.It felt like a home away from home.Wish we could have stayed longer.Very clean and pleasant environment.Even the keys which were originals and probably as old as the apartment were fascinating!!! Loved the high ceilings which gave an impression of space. Younboth were extremely helpful & informative. God bless you
