Exceptional service from the host, very detailed and provides good guidance on how to explore rome in a most efficient way. Breakfast was fantastic - authentic italian pastry that home-made with good coffee

It is a clean and quiet place, we had an excellent breakfast together with the hosts - Marco and Lyuba. We stayed 2 full days in Rome, Lyuba made our route for the 2 days, we didn't need any other guide. We even ate at the restaurants recommended by her. Overall it was a great experience for us, when we come back to Rome, we would love to stay here again.

Wow! This was our first stop on a three Europe trip and Vatica B&B set the bar so high no other property could match. Marco and Lyuba were extremely accommodating. On our first morning over breakfast, they opened a map and discussed all the attractions to see in Rome. Speaking of breakfast...exceptional! Rooms were very clean with a good shower. Location was excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and 45 minute walk to the Colosseum. Metro station was a five minute walk.
This is out of the hosts control but the street traffic and noise of guests coming back to the their rooms woke us up every night. Like any big city you will hear cars/motor bikes/people/garbage trucks at all hours of the evening. The front door of the B&B is heavy. If you don't take your time closing it the door will slam. I ask future guests to be aware of this and be nice neighbors :)

Our stay at Vatica B&B Roma was fantastic! The location is perfect for visiting the Vatican, safe, cute restaurants and convenient to the metro. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated so cute! The cherry on top though is Marco & Lyuba. These are two of the sweetest human beings you will ever meet. They serve an incredible breakfast each morning and on the mornings our tours/flights were scheduled before breakfast time, they were gracious enough to pack us our meal to-go. Their daughter Georgia was kind enough to sit down and show us all the area of Rome and share some great places to eat & hangout. Rome was our last stop on our Italy vacation, staying here and meeting Marco, Lyuba and Georgia instantly made us want to come back. I highly recommend you stay here and have a chance to meet genuinely nice people in their lovely B&B

We had only 24 hours in Rome but thanks to Lyuba and Marco that was enough to fall in love in the city. They helped us in picking the optimal route to see all the important places. Wonderful recommendations when it comes to eating. They were always ahead of potential issues that might happen. We felt very safe in Rome because of their constant help. Truly recommend!

We had 3 days in Rome after a family wedding in Perugia, Lovely B&B, very comfortable with a small balcony over looking a busy Rome street.Breakfast was very good lots of choice, so many pastries and cakes we couldn't do it justice. Our Hosts were very kind and booked restaurants for us and a taxi back to the airport. Rome was very busy and crowded more so than we thought it would be. The area around the B&B was nice many restaurants and shops, a lovely market on saturday, and a very short walk to the vatican.
On arrival we found the B&B hard to find, probably our fault, we were pulling heavy suitcases and it was very hot.

A charming clean, comfortable property that is well located for the Vatican. Lyuba is a very warm welcoming host and extremely helpful and knowledgeable with organising tours, restaurants, transport and anything you need.
We had to do too much walking. Except for going to the airport, it was impossible getting taxis and ride share when we were there in September.

Great location, clean, wonderful hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vatica B&B Roma. We would recommend this B&B with our highest of recommendations. The room was very nice with a small balcony looking over the streets of Rome. But what set this B&B apart from others was the wonderful hosts (Lyuba and Marco). They were kind, very helpful and made us feel right at home.
I cannot think of a single complaint!

Lyuba and Marco are wonderful hosts- they do anything they can to be helpful. Vatica is clean and well maintained in a safe building. The breakfast was varied and hearty. This is the best stay we have ever had and we look forward to returning again!

The location, quality of accommodation, and most of all the warm, helpful, amazing hosts Marco and Lubya. They went above and beyond, kicking of our stay with a comprehensive and friendly welcome. we felt as if we were staying with family, and they made our trip exponentially better with their recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and getting around. Breakfast was so plentiful, including gorgeous organic fruit from their garden! BRAVO!! 10++/10!!

Lyuba & Marco are fabulous hosts and really make you feel welcomed. They had a very nice Italian breakfast every morning and would help with tips on where to visit and provided great recommendations on restaurants. We were in walking distance to the Vatican & Colosseum, Metro and restaurants.
