The location was great. Extremely Central to everything. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the staff working it were amazing.
Some of the front desk staff were rude and made it seem like asking questions about transportation and other things was an inconvenience. We had booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great and had no problems. The room that we stayed in was horrible in that the shower kept flooding because the drain seemed clogged.

The location is perfect. The building is a great palazzo. The staff is great.
Unacceptably small rooms. Literally in the room it was fitted a small sized twin bed and then the walls! For 300 euros per night, a 4star called hotel. Extremely disappointing.

Very nicely decorated with clean and great amenities. Close to the piazza, nice staff, accommodating to your needs.

Excellent location. Very Good breakfast. Fantastic roof top bar. Views from the roof top are amazing! Friendly staff. Clean rooms & bathroom.
Service is lacking. We ordered water for our room which was never delivered. Towels were not replaced. Rooms are not sound proof. No place in the room to unpack bags. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Receptionist said she would call when the room was ready. She did not. When we left an item our next hotel called twice and we emailed twice and no response over the lost item.
