The hotel is located in the Piazza del Popolo area of Rome, within the city walls. The hotel is well kept and fairly modern. The room we're huge but we got what we expected. The staff were always professional and helpful.

Everything was just excellent! The hotel staff, all of them - from the first to the last- were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts and evening cocktails on the rooftop were special.

The staff, especially in the dining room were amazing. We had the most romantic dinner at the hotel on 12/26 and received the best service that we've ever encountered while traveling. Also the jazz bar was fabulous. The location is top notch. The included breakfast is amazing and the dining room views of Rome are spectacular.

we like it best for location the hotel inside could do with more lighting. the terrace for breakfast is lovely but the coffee is only warm
on both night i was woken up by a noisy disco beat .and the sound of people shouting on the street ..I was on the 5th floor i did advise the hotel manager on the desk.
