We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at UNA Hotels Decò Roma! ❤️
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 3–5 minute walk from Roma Termini, and both the hotel and our room had a beautiful, elegant feel.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic variety of options. The staff were also incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They were especially kind in preparing a takeaway meal for me to take on our long flight, which I really appreciated.
Another big advantage was the option of a late checkout until 5 pm for an additional fee, which was perfect for us before our evening flight.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome! ❤️

Location is excellent for transport, food sites and laundromat. Rooms clean, cool and comfortable. Quiet considering location. Breakfast very good.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years whenever I’m in Rome and need to be close to Roma Termini, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect—just a very short walk to the train station, which makes getting to the airport or traveling anywhere else incredibly convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, great water pressure, and the AC worked perfectly during the hot summer. Plenty of great little restaurants nearby as well. For a couple of nights or a quick stay while traveling through Rome, I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was great, and so was the huge terrace in our room. It was close to the train station too. Concierge arranged a taxi to take us to the airport the day before.
The parquet floor in our room was heavily scratched, and we noticed black hair extensions scattered throughout the space. Both the room and bathroom appeared outdated, and the bathtub was unusually tall and you had to take a big step to get into it. The shower had a partial plexiglass door, which often caused water to spill onto the floor. Lastly, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.
