We always appreciate the location, it's proximity to Termini. It's always very clean. And it's an easy check-in
However. The area is a little sketchy. It's an uncomfortable walk with my girlfriend. Also, when I ask for coffee for the in room coffee maker, no one seems to have an answer
One last thing. Room service food was marginal at best

Perfect location across from the train station. Upscale hotel with an attractive lobby. Very good service.
The bed was hard. There were 2 small hard pillows for a large bed.

Breakfast was very good. American eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more. European was variety of croissants (chocolate ones were excellent), salad, yogurt with fruit, nuts, etc., cakes, and the best crusty bread! The only negative was there were tour buses also at the hotel so the Coffee machine was always crowded and some people took a long time in making their decision. The staff could get you an espresso/cappuccino rom the back but sometimes they were so busy that it took a while. Breakfast is 7-10am
Wish you didn’t have to take the key out of the room each time you left, however we found that common in Europe in general. We were there for 3 weeks in the incredible heat and to walk into a cooled room would have been refreshing. It was a great location and great staff and even went beyond what we expected by giving us an upgraded room with some Italian cookies as a thank you

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at UNA Hotels Decò Roma! ❤️
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 3–5 minute walk from Roma Termini, and both the hotel and our room had a beautiful, elegant feel.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic variety of options. The staff were also incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. They were especially kind in preparing a takeaway meal for me to take on our long flight, which I really appreciated.
Another big advantage was the option of a late checkout until 5 pm for an additional fee, which was perfect for us before our evening flight.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome! ❤️
