Staff very nice. Excellent location. Room was small for the price but clean and comfortable.
I was annoyed by the charge of 5 euros for a double espresso (normally is 2 Euro in any bar in Rome, including those next door from the hotel).

Clean, good size room near transportation and walking distance to attractions. Helpful staff.
Very busy at breakfast, have stayed here before several times and never saw this many people. One elevator not working, but was not a major issue. Price has significantly increased; however it is overall a nice hotel

Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring Rome. Only 30 minutes walk from the hotel to most of the main attractions. We arrived by car and had booked a space in their carpark, but since we have a large 4x4, we were worried about getting in and out of the car park, based on past experience at other city hotels. But no problem at all. Plenty space.

It is close to Termini station were you arrive from the airport and you can go anywhere by public transport
The humidity in our room was way too high, nothing dried. There were noises during the night , like tapping and repair noises. The shower had no safety bar and the shower floor was slippery. The hand shower was difficult to handle, too much pressure.

I love the willingness of the front desk staff to help us when my Husband, Dad and I were walking from the train station. We had luggage and the train station staff sent us in the wrong direction to the hotel! I found them and two nice gentleman came and helped us with the luggage. What a blessing!

Location is very good if moving with the railroad is part of the plan. Otherwise , is a noisy neighborhood with people hanging out late and tráfico early in the morning and rooms are not well isolated in this regard

Hotel was in close proximity to the Termini train station, which I wanted as we were not renting a car in Rome and were planning to head to Florence by train the next day. Breakfast was very nice with many options and very good coffee!! The hotel was able to get us our room when checking in at 2pm which was helpful to not have to wait for our room to be ready.
Stayed in hotel on 2 separate occasions, first when we arrived in Italy on September 2 and again as we were leaving Italy on September 10. Rates for the hotel was much higher on September 10 and also did not include breakfast. I was pretty sure my booking said it did, but I was not going to argue.

The convenience, the very helpful staff and other- we interacted mainly with Irene- and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Please can you provide hanging facility in the bathroom- maybe on the inside of the door to hang clothes when you go in to take a shower there is no where to hand one’s clothes. Thank you. That’s the only feedback.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with two kids.
The hotel is quite far from the airport and the taxi costs around Euro 70. The hotel should provide the airport shuttle.

Large bed, spacious vanity, large bathroom. The space is nice and the room was cleaned. The staff were always helpful and very kind.
Very very odd that their are no irons in the room. As well complimentary water. The thermostat is locked on 20 is fair but annoying coming in from 45 outside. Some mold in the tub, which is hard to get into.
