Lovely hotel would definitely stay here again .The restaurant facing it is so reasonable. Nice walk down to the trevi fountain ,lots of nice wee restaurants on the way too. Rooms are lovely. Staff really friendly

The location is excellent, 5min walk from the Termini Train station. They are friendly and helpful. The room is very big and clean.

Disappointing
Location
The room facilities were at a level I would expect from a three-star hotel at best. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and tear. Basic amenities such as slippers were missing, the towel was also dirty with some stains. The bathroom shower was leaking continuously, creating a constant dripping noise that made it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Everything was pre-packaged, and apart from some fruit, all items were highly processed. Most concerning, however, was the behavior of a lady responsible for the breakfast area. She was exceptionally rude, repeatedly mispronounced my family name, and mocked it for approximately five minutes. This was genuinely humiliating and completely unacceptable in any professional hospitality setting. Overall, the service, comfort, and value for money were far below expectations. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never consider staying at this establishment again.

I really enjoyed my staying at this hotel, the staff was super welcoming and helpful, breakfast was rich and had even vegan options, quality of the food was absolutely amazing. The room was nice and clean and the toilet was spacious. Location amazing 2 mins walking from Termini train station.

Nice breakfast. Close to the main station.
The shower is poorly designed – the bathroom floor gets wet with water after a shower. The room is not big, with no comfortable space to sit and relax. Each person only gets one pillow, and there are no throw pillows, so we can’t lean comfortably against the bed. Too expensive during Christmas

The hotel is super nice. It’s in a great location. Literally a minute walk to the Roma Termini station. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly. You can ask them literally to book restaurants on your behalf.
The shower was a little weird. It took us time to get used to it, but I don’t consider that a problem.
