I love the willingness of the front desk staff to help us when my Husband, Dad and I were walking from the train station. We had luggage and the train station staff sent us in the wrong direction to the hotel! I found them and two nice gentleman came and helped us with the luggage. What a blessing!

I really enjoyed my staying at this hotel, the staff was super welcoming and helpful, breakfast was rich and had even vegan options, quality of the food was absolutely amazing. The room was nice and clean and the toilet was spacious. Location amazing 2 mins walking from Termini train station.

I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to turn off the lights in the room, without pulling out the card for the room. There was a tool for the air condition and the lights but it didn't seem to work or I was too silly to find out.

Kind reception, modern, clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, very comfortable bed and the deep soaking tub is appreciated after a long day out . This was my second time staying here and will be my “go to” for future trips.

Room was large and well-appointed. Breakfast buffet was exceptionally nice. Staff was professional and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff very nice. Excellent location. Room was small for the price but clean and comfortable.
I was annoyed by the charge of 5 euros for a double espresso (normally is 2 Euro in any bar in Rome, including those next door from the hotel).

Clean, good size room near transportation and walking distance to attractions. Helpful staff.
Very busy at breakfast, have stayed here before several times and never saw this many people. One elevator not working, but was not a major issue. Price has significantly increased; however it is overall a nice hotel
