Wonderful
Amazing location between Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A cute little boutique hotel in an old apartment block. Our room was a good size and very comfortable!
Staff all lovely, very helpful and welcoming.
Having access to machine coffee and snacks was an added bonus.
Pretty much nothing. Lift very small but cute and part of the charm!

Location was perfect, reception area lovely and the staff super helpful. Very comfortable and clean room.
The only thing we weren't too keen on was the bfast. Apart from the area being quite small which is acceptable, the hot food like eggs sausages and bacon were cold. Would be ideal to have the coffee served once being in Italy, the Italians are known for their coffee. Otherwise all perfect!

The location
The water pressure was super low. The hot water was coming and going. I went in the shower and with a hair damped with shampoo the water became cold I had to wash my hair with cold water with very low pressure.

Great location and easy to access all of Rome. Hotel was great, breakfast was excellent and upgrade into junior suite was very nice. Staff from start to finish were very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Nice rooms and helpful stuff with all the needs we needed inside the room and on the floor (mini kitchen with warm drinks and snacks).. Julia was lovely, thank you.

Everything! This is our third time staying here and we’ve loved it every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are lovely and well equipped and the position is second to none, a mere 3 minutes away from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Breakfast outstanding with a huge variety of food choices.

We stayed in a superior room, which was very comfortable, and the terrace was an absolute blessing. We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day, even with a slight chill in the air. The shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent; while there was no handheld showerhead, this did not detract from our overall comfort. The room was always kept immaculately clean.
The hotel is within short walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city effortless.
Above all else, the team was truly incredible—professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
A special shout-out to Claudia, Luca, Arnob, and the two Julias—thank you for making our stay so memorable. Bless you.
The shower did not include a handheld showerhead, but this was not a major concern for us.

Extremely clean, great location, wonderful and kind staff. Safe and secure!
Everything is hardwood so sound travels extremely easily under the doors. The hotel could really do with some soundproofing on the doors or some rugs/carpeting.

Breakfast was great. The garden was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Location was spot on. Service over all was exceptional.

The bathroom was teeny compared to other hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip (another rome hotel, florence and venice).
Bathroom was very small. Room was tidy but not very welcoming. Wanted to try the sauna but there was an extra fee so we did not use it.
When we arrived, it was not clear that we had to ring the bell on the side of the door (it was dark and hidden). Standing on the street curb trying to figure it out with our luggage in the rain was not ideal. This info should we on the welcome email for guests.
