The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the overall amenities were good. Note that we got the room with the rectangular bed which I specifically requested. I give them plus points for fulfilling our request. The location is superb, this is really a good location for first time visitors of Rome.
As others have said, this is a busy area and quite loud as our room faced the street. My number one negative point for my stay is the fact that during the shoulder months, you can't operate the air-conditioning any other way other than heat (or off). Note that they told me this beforehand so I knew what I was getting into. The problem with this is that if you visit on shoulder months, like I did, it is not cold enough to have the windows closed. You will eventually build heat from body heat or simply it isn't cold enough in general to make the room a cool temperature for sleeping. You can make the room cooler by opening the window but that lets in all the noise, and it is a LOT of noise. People in the bars below and emergency vehicle sirens going off every like every 5 minutes. Closing the window eliminates 90% of the noise as they have good windows, but then the room gets hot. I think this is a problem only if you visit the months of October and November (and maybe March-April?), as I assume it gets cold enough in December - February to keep he windows closed. My wish is that it would have been great if the A/C system can just push outside air into the room instead of heat only as that would probably cool the room enough in the shoulder months. Lastly the wifi repeater inside the room died and they routed my wifi to another one outside, it was quite slow and they were not able to fix it during my 1 week stay. My overall rating is about a solid 8.5.

lovely charming hotel in a fantastic location. Beds really comfortable and room checked twice every day.. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Ally at reception is so pleasant and helpful, we were always met with a smile. Also a special mention to the waiter who brought breakfast to the roof, he was great. We loved it here

Our experience at Torre Argentina Relais was outstanding from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional — warm, personal, and always available whenever we needed anything. The staff made us feel welcome at every moment, and the level of attention and care was far beyond what we expected.
A special thank-you goes to Hoda, who was absolutely incredible. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help with every detail made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond in every interaction.
This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a fantastic location, amazing service, and a comfortable, pleasant stay in Rome. Highly recommended

The room was simply gorgeous, with a fabulous terrace overlying a square with historic ruins. Having breakfast delivered to your room every morning was amazing. The room service/ bellman Faruq was simply a wonderful and joyous human being.If he was the only staff , I interacted with , I would have given 10/10.
Front desk staff, setting up tours and unable to , which is not a problem generally. The issue was, I was told that tour was arranged and should have been notified , that it could not be arranged. I had to text and wait for 5 hours to be told that it was not arranged.I thankfully managed to arrange myself. They need to work on concierge.

We had to change our rooms bc they were trying to fix a window in our room which we couldn’t use once we got in so not sure why the inconvenience. They tried to make up for it by offering us a bottle/drink which was again very sweet of the staff.

The location is perfect, close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The room was just renovated, with style. Ours has an amazing terrace on roman ruins that seems unreal. The staff was super nice and helpful in all respects (especially Faruq). We decided to extend our stay because we liked it a lot.

The location is unbeatable, 10/10 we walked everywhere. Our breakfast server/helper Faruq was the most charismatic person in Rome, the whole staff was very accommodating as well!
We were a family of 3 including 2 elders, there is a lot of stairs and it was tricky to get in and out the shower.

Exceptionally friendly staff members (including Faruq, Jake & Hoda) were tremendously helpful from check-in, delivering bags & breakfast, figuring out our laundry services, leading appertivo hour, being readily available to answer questions on WhatsApp, and making sure we were all ready for check-out. The location could not be beat (check out Mimi&Coco's down the street!) and a handful-minute walk from nearly every major tourist attraction. Thanks for a great experience! :)

Beautifully appointed room, most comfortable bed in our entire trip through Tuscany. Great location for dining and walking to some of Rome’s most popular sites. Faruke was very helpful and delivered our breakfast first thing in the morning so we could get to the airport.
We had a luxury accommodation with a jacuzzi tub but had to have someone come repair the drain bc it didn’t hold water. Then we couldn’t get the stopper to release to let water out. The room is upgraded to touch lighting but at night the blue lights are shining throughout the room and that’s disturbing for people that need darkness. The power is operated by a card to insert and when you remove it all power goes out but we weren’t sure our phones and laptops would still power up, so we left the card in and tried turning off individual lights.

An excellent stay at a great location at Rome. It’s a short walk to most of the tourist places like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Vatican Museums. A special thanks to Faruq for taking such good care of us. He always made sure that everything was good for us and was promptly ready whenever we needed.

We never had breakfast, although promised. We left very early most mornings but not all. It was not delivered.
The beds. Round beds, cute but sheets did not fit well. Also, lot of stone steps. Elevator did not go to our level.
