Wonderful
I chose this hotel and this room because the hotel had a rooftop terrace, and the room had a balcony. The rooftop terrance had a small view, and a bar, and was a nice touch. The balcony in our room was a true highlight! To sit and watch traffic and people, and right across the street from a ruins. Great location also. Truly awesome.
The elevator didn't work when we arrived, and 4 flights is a lot when you're tired, but they helped carry our luggage up. It was fixed a few days later when we left. I expected the breakfast to be served on the rooftop terrace, not in my room, but that was not an option. too bad, the roof top was lovely and wasted. The breakfast, even though you picked from some options, (with an allowance of 2 items per category) was mediocre at best, and the 2nd day, after two phone calls to the front desk, we still didn't get what we ordered. At that point, since the staff is going up and down the stairs, we just made due.

Breakfast was great and larger than expected. Fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cappuccino...and brought to the room at the requested time. Bed very comfortable. Room decor, excellent. Plenty of hot water. Room was perfectly sound proof. Location is excellent for all attractions.
Unfortunately the elevator broke after day one, and we were on top floor (oh, well).
The air conditioning was reluctant to obey the input.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Rome. The customer service was truly excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Very cute boutique style hotel tastefully decorated.
The breakfast served in the room was amazing and such a lovely touch — everything was fresh and delicious. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and well maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hot tub/ Jacuzzi were a treat after a long day.
The location was also excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. What really stood out, though, was the genuine hospitality and how attentive the entire team was to our needs.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

The rooms were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, location was perfect! Additionally, the rooftop bar was so beautiful and unexpected..as was the art throughout and the feeling of being in a “special” place - we enjoyed our stay immensely!

The location cannot be beat. It was about a 7 minute walk to the Pantheon, and about a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Great shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The air conditioning throughout the building gave us relief from the hot Italian summer. I accidentally left my AirPods in the hotel and when I called the hotel they immediately looked for, found, and safely returned them to me.

This location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain along with many other sites to see. Tons of shopping and restaurants available within walking distance.

The location was great with close by restaurants all in the area. Not too crowded and not to empty the area was perfect. They were able to hold our bags and the communication was clear and on point! I even forgot my glasses after checkout and they helped me get them back. The staff is what puts this place over the top.

The room was very nice, but the pillows, for our personal taste, were a bit too soft. The bed was very cozy, the location is absolutely exceptional, and all the staff we encountered were exceptional. The aperativo service was outstanding and is a highly recommended place to stay while in Roma. When we plan our next Roam trip, we would most certainly stay at this property again.
Better selection of pillow firmness. The overall price of the room was quite pricey, but it was a very nice accommodation to say the least. The hotel staff interactions for sure helped make the experience.
