The facility has an excellent location, you can walk to the Palatine Hill, Capitoline Hill and Roman Forum, as well as the Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo. In the square where the hotel is located there is also an archaeological site that can be visited - this is the place where Julius Caesar was murdered (Pompey's Theater). Trastevere, where there are plenty of good restaurants, is about a 10-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants on site, but I chose Trastevere, which I recommend. The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff cleaned it even twice a day. Breakfasts were brought to our room and were very tasty. Every evening I indicated what we wanted for breakfast and at what time. This worked very well. The 24/7 service was very nice and ready to help in any way.

The staff was amazing and very helpful from the beginning of our trip. The room was cleaned everyday, and we had everything we needed. The breakfast is served directly in the room and you have a great selection of choices!
Nothing to add it was perfect for us !

Location fab, easy walking distance from all the major sites/areas. Our room had a massive circular bed, very comfy and a jacuzzi bath. Bathroom had all the travel essentials - inc toothpaste/toothbrushes, razors, sewing kit - everything you could need, so you didnt have to bring anything! We were offered complimentary breakfast in the room the first morning - it was so good and such good value we decided to pay for it for the rest of our stay! The bar area offers a free drink every night and nibbles - lovely way to meet up with other guests and chat/share recommendations (like mr 100 tiramisu - a delicious cafe only 5 mins walk away where you can get 100 flavours!). Staff all very friendly, very helpful, would definitely recommend and stay there again!
Felt the carpet in the bedroom was a bit impractical as close to jacuzzi bath

Good
Full time staff who were very helpful. Very clean with some nice appointments including sauna tub.
Location was good but noisy being right on top of major bus/trolley stop. Lack of enclosed shower was difficult. Round bed sunk in the middle wasnt ideal although we were so tired had no trouble sleeping

Very Good
The hotel is beautiful, located behind an unassuming door off a busy street, and the rooms are very modern and appear fancy and luxurious, are very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, cold AC in the room, fantastic rainfall style shower (with a handheld sprayer) with excellent water pressure. Staff was friendly, helpful and made dinner reservations for us a few nights, also would call cabs for us cheerfully, although they have no control over the responsiveness of the cab companies). Simple little cocktail hour in the bar with free aperitivo and free cocktails/wine/prosecco. Charming and efficient porters and knowledgeable concierge/desk staff. Restaurant recommendations were spot on--Renato e Luisa is NOT to be missed! Super helpful with providing an iron and ironing board upon request.
Rooms are normal European city size but lack useful storage spaces or counter spaces--especially in the bathroom--had to put a towel in the sink and put my toiletry bag in the sink while getting dressed as there is literally ZERO counter space. Two tiny glass shelves are there but they really are not enough to use without risking the items falling in the bidet. The hanger rod is far too high for me (I am 5'6") and the hangers are those rubber rings that are affixed to the rod with the hangers releasing from the ring and having to be hooked back in. I know it sounds like no big deal, but with so little room to work with for suitcases, we had to use the hang up options and the rubber rings don't slide along the rod at all. Lovely decorative mirror in the bathroom is not properly affixed to the wall and has extremely sharp corners--I hit myself on it multiple times and it would swing dangerously on the wall. Be aware: bathroom "door" is just a swinging glass partition--no privacy. Ancient chocolate bar stuck behind the provided room snacks was disturbing--pretty sure it had been there for a few turnovers. Travelers with ANY mobility issues can't stay here--even though they have elevators, there is no way to avoid at least a few stairs as the lift takes you to half levels, and there are even steps up into the bathroom, and into the lobby and bar areas. We had a room that opened on the bar area and that was not great--but thankfully the noise did not last long past 7pm. Bright blue LEDs on all the light switches make the room very bright--bring your sleep mask.

Location was perfect, within walking distance to most attractions, and shopping and restaurant area one block away with all kinds of leather, jewellery, and clothing shops, and all kinds of restaurants. Staff was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly, service was top notch. Rooms were a good size and bed very comfortable.

An incredible location, was 15 minutes walk from pretty much everything with so many shops and restaurants within a three minute walk.
We wish they had a lobby, or common area otherwise we loved it

Loved everything about this hotelgreat service, great location, attentive staff, excellent breakfast. Very clean.
As with many European hotels, there are unexpected steps in hotel. I was very careful to pay attention when walking.

The Wellness room is easily one of the best experiences I've had in any hotel. It's very impressive that they managed to fit in a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish Bath and an Exercise Bike all in one room. It's all private for your use only so have fun!
Due to the size of the building, it isn't the biggest room you could book in Rome, but it shouldn't be an issue unless you plan on having several people in the room.

Very Poor
When we arrived at the hotel, the room that was presented did not match the description of the room at the time of booking. (The description was 'Junior Suite with Hot Tub' and claimed that the suite contained a living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom, and that 'the unit contains 2 beds'. In reality, the room did not have a separate living room at all, and only contained one circular bed.) As such, we immediately left and found alternative accommodation. The hotel has refused to refund our payment, despite the fact that the room was not as advertised and we did not stay at the hotel.
