Everything is stellar. Location is central and easy access to amazing restaurants and facilities. The staff at the hotel was INCREDIBLE. They took care of literally everything… even personal issues we had during our trip.
Clean, easy access, elevators and even a beautiful view from the rooftop with a bar. I recommend having a drink with them in your first night…
One thing that really stood out for me was our check in… sooo smooth. I really recommend the hotel.

We didn’t order breakfast from the hotel but the menu items were plentiful and looked delicious.
Staff was amazing and met us at the door with smiles and took us to our room. They were very friendly and helpful in every way. We were welcomed with cookies and a nice letter for a personal touch. Happy hour is on the third floor and serves drinks (first one free) with appetizers. This is a nice place to connect with other guests and exchange travel stories! We would stay here many time over.
There is really nothing that the hotel or staff should improve on. The hotel was amazing and we had no issues/concerns. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful from check-in to check-out. They were so friendly and genuinely wanted to make our experience grand.

The location is really great. It's such a beast walk from there to all major attractions in the historic downtown!
We booked a superior room, once for 3 nights, another time for one night. The first time we arrived they gave us a superior room with wooden ceiling, the room had this very old smell. When we entered the room, there was a large cover over our bed, that the hotel guide removes. We noticed a chunk of brownish powder on the bottom left of the bed cover, as if it's fallen from the wooden ceiling logs or something. Also the side tables had dust on them. Finally, the shower drain wouldn't drain as fast and when showering the water would reach almost to below ankle height! We notified them of the shower situation but it was not addressed. This is not what we expected of a so called 5 Star hotel. The second time we stayed there for only one night, they gave us another superior room, this room was very nice with a round bed shape, and we really liked it.

Stay was excellent, will definitely be returning! I travel a lot for work and the hotel was exceptional - fantastic location and centrally located, within walking distance to many attractions and various neighborhoods, and staff was incredible. Can't say enough how wonderful Hoda was to ensure my stay was seamless and exceptional in every way...thank you for everything and see you again soon!

The only issue - there are a lot of stairs. Very common in Italy and Rome. But this hotel has steps in places you might not expect. Including steps in to the bath tub. Or, getting off lift, still a few stairs to your room. You should ask in advance if this is an issue for you. There are some rooms that are more accessible than others. I believe we paid 3x normal because of Christmas- which was a bummer.

We had a great time staying in the Hotel, very close to all tourist spots. The staffs are very professionals, friendly and approachable. Our rooms was massive, spacious and they keep on fixing and tidy up even in our short walks to unwind. The food especially the breakfast is very good, famtastic. The smell of the entrance is very relaxing. Truly fantastic and a great experienced for a family vacation?
