I liked the person employed by the host to receive the guests. He was kind and he tried to solve our problems. The apartment is close to the metro station, supermarkets, pharmacies. You can find tea and coffee in the room and in the hall.
The bad smell in the room. The room was cold, there was no heating in November. The bed sheets could have been cleaner. The city tax was increased even though we booked the place before this increase. They asked city tax amount for property type "Guest House 1st Category", but the property type is "Guest House 3rd Category". In the end, after discussions, they accepted us to pay the old price, the one we booked. But after the check in the host didn't respond to my calls, on Booking or on WhatsApp. I could only discuss with his employee face to face when he started his program.

Incredible experience, incredible work, We were pleased to stay there, Dante thank you gorgeous being so kind and generous to us, he even let us leave our luggage in the apartment even if the check out was in 10, hope to see you another year

The host was very nice and the person that greeted us to give us they key was very welcoming. The apartment is located in a private apartment building, very well maintained. The elevator is safe and functioning. The room was not only clean, but also we had cleaning service every day. The common space was well equipped. The area is very safe, nice Coffee Shop just around the corner (Filly's), there's a Pam (local supermarket) 2 minutes away and metro station is just 3-4 minutes away, taking you on the red metro line. Defenitely a good choice and we would recommend Tolli Rooms.
The room we booked was a bit noisy, as it was facing the boulevard. But manageable! Is just something that maybe can be improved.

Location is great, staff are very welcoming the guy in the reception is super helpful , the owner is amazing he was following up with me always if i need anything, the guesthouse is only 5 rooms not a big hotel but it's very comfortable they made it full of options you will need, if i visit roma one more time of course I will stay at this guesthouse again

The staff was very kind, and the room was clean. It was good that fridge was available. It is located near the metro station of line A, which makes it easy to reach the city centre.
The facilities could be improved a bit - the bathroom door couldn't close properly, and there were not enough of towel hooks.
