the room was pretty good
The front desk IS NOT 24-hour, although it says here it is. It is very irresponsible to provide incorrect information. Breakfast is tasteless with poor variety. The location, although convenient, is quite a dangerous area after dark.

The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. They clean the room everyday and give you clean towels. Staff was very nice and they speak spanish!
Breakfast is not enough, don't count on it. There is no bread, cheese, etc., only processed pastries.

Great location next to Tiburtina train station and some restaurants, coffee shops, gelato in the area. Convenience store right next door. Not a luxury room and had some quibbles but no major issues for my stay.
The light bulb kept flickering after you turn it off but that was solved by pulling a 2nd switch. Plumbing leaked a little water onto bathroom floor. Not a major concern for me but could be a slippage hazard. I was on 2nd floor and noise by restaurant next door could bother some but didnt really bother me. Breakfast was basic. Saw cereal but no milk. Some minor inconveniences but nothing major. If they upgraded the rooms and breakfast the location could really make it an attractive higher end facility. Not there yet but has potential.

The stuff was friendly and they waited for us at the evening to check-in
The room was clean but it is really disaster whem it comes to soundproof

Nice clean room. A bit worn out but tidy and they made the bed and cleaned it every day. Downstairs next to the hotel there is a nice cafe/bar that has amazing drinks for cheap. If you go on the right behind the corner there is an amazing pizza place called Sammys pizza. The best pizza we had here.
Shower was very small and the shower head didnt stay up. Hard to use. Breakfast was horrible.

we were near the Tiburtina train station and metro.
the hotel wasnt in a nice or inviting area, which might be okay for solo travel but not when youre going with your family. we had to wait an hour after arrival, even though we arrived after check in time.

Staff was really polite and nice. The location is near tiburtina train/metro/bus station. A street full of stores and restaurants is around the corner so there are plenty of choices for eating out or grabbing take away.
Super noisy most of the time. Everything can be heard since there is no soundproofing at all. The shower was super bad (warm water took a while) and the button (no better word) for flushing the water wasn't working properly. Same thing can be said for the light in the bathroom, the light took forever to turn on. Room smelt stuffy as if there is no air at all and you will notice it as soon as you enter, it's intense. Breakfast is not really a breakfast, snacks like cookies, mini pastries and some jam and cereal.

Location. 7 mins walk from Roma tiburtina train and bus station. Convenient shops nearby.. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is small but manageable. Clean Towels

Great location close to Tiburtina Station and good shopping area. Breakfast was a bit weak and limited choice.
Refrigerator in the room was not cold enough to chill bottles of water
