Breakfast was delicious, the staff and the services were great, the room was clean and comfortable.
You can't chose your neighbours :( people kept pushing and pulling their chairs, sofas in the middle of the night, but that's not the weakness of the hotel. Maybe a very cheap felt pad protection for the legs of the chairs would be a solution to this problem.

Very Good
Great property and very nice, modern, comfortable and clean rooms. In a quiet part of town that is close to the action but just far enough. Coupled with a rentable scooter and youll be very happy location wise. Also many nice authentic Italian restaurants nearby and fabulous rooftop restaurant opened majority of the day with good food and drink, friendly staff, and a wonderful sunset view.
We had a small shower leak in the room, but not a show stopper or major that cant be fixed. Breakfast area is less than average and the breakfast food was average.

We booked a king room and were told that we were upgraded to a bigger room which was a nice gesture from the hotel.
However, the upgraded room was quite small compared to all the other hotels we stayed in during our 2.5 weeks in Italy. The disappointing part was when we had lunch at the hotel's restaurant/bar located on the rooftop and enquired about purchasing some wine on their wine list for takeaway. We even asked the lady to show us the bottle of wine before our purchase just to make sure its the correct wine and correct vintage. The bottle she showed us was the same vintage (2016) as per listed on their wine list. However, the 6 bottles of wine she packed for us was of a different/younger vintage (2019) than the one she showed us as well as the one listed on their wine list (2016). Everyone who drinks wine knows that a wine's vintage is very important, we are surprised that your restaurant/bar staff did not think it is important enough to inform the customer of this essential detail prior to packing the wines. Especially after we specifically asked to see the bottle first before we decided to purchase 6 bottles of the same wine.

Nice room and bathroom. Loved the location. Quiet but walkable to every destination.
Rates like all over Rome are high.
