Pleasant
The location was convenient to walk to lots of sights. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.
We were put in the building that you have to access by the alley, the stairs to our room were dangerously steep and the bathroom was TINY. There are no pictures of this room on the website so we were not expecting this. I asked if that room was cheaper and was told no all rooms were the same rate.

Disappointing
The property is in a great location walking distance from everything. This is the only positive about staying here.
1) We arrived exhausted from a 9.5 hour flight and ready to crash. Come to find out they overbooked the room, and they sent us to another hotel called G55. The hotel was not in the location we desired, and we had to lug our suitcases and roll them down the street only to get lost. We went back to the original hotel and demanded a room. They eventually gave us a room. I assume someone reservation got bumped and had to stay a the alternate hotel. I understand overbooking is common with them. 2) The room stunk like Smoked Sausage and Cigars. We chose to stick it out because we were happy to be in the location we like. Our clothes stunk of this smell the entire trip. The hotel worker smelled the windows and said it was the wood from the windows. This is not true. 3) The shower head was’t put back properly and it sprayed directly at me flooding the floor with freezing cold water. The main shower head was too large for the shower. It was awkward to shower. 4) The elevator gets stuck. We were on the 4th floor and we took the old elevator often. Upon leaving the elevator stopped mid floor several times. It was scary. I will never stay here again.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Roma. Great staff, wonderful room, comfy bed, steps from everything. Highly recommend and good value for location.
It's a little loud but that's what earplugs are for. Soundproof windows did a nice job but there is some noise.

It was located in a central spot. This made it easy to walk to all the sites we wanted to see.

Location was great, good communication before arrival. Rooms were a good size and quite keeping noise and light out in the evenings. Price was acceptable.
Chairs in rooms stained, walls a little marked up. Toiletries were not full, used and when asked to refill did not happen, no slippers when requested. Didn't realize kitchenette space was in common area and did not have supplies, iron did not work well.

Excellent location and comfortable beds.
Bathrooms had mold and were not clean, room was dark and not pleasant. Garbage cans in the entrance when you walk into the building.

The location was great, close to many touristic places. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water.
The king bed were two twin beds and was a bit uncomfortable the line in the middle, and the shower a bit small. but that’s it.

The location was extremely convenient to us and thereby we saved up so much on travel time and expense. It was also extremely clean and on a daily basis the room bedding and linen was changed and the room was polished as new. So each time we walked into our room back in the evenings after our day's journey, it felt like we were coming back to a brand new room.
The wifi speed was also quite fast so we were able to stream on the TV.
The guest services were extremely quick. All I had to do was drop them a message and they attended my requirements immediately.
There was a slight issue with the AC on the first day as it kept switching off, but when I informed the guest services, they attended to it immediately and I had no issues after that.

The only thing good about this hotel is Sergey in front desk. Rooms are moldy and crap.
Rooms do not look like pictures. Bed is two piece, squeaky. Bathrooms are moldy. You can hear what’s going on in other rooms. I forgot a charger in the room and staff could not find it it is lost.
