Truly one of the best hostels I stayed. The beds by far are the main difference! Proper mattresses here, and the room arrangements were great for privacy. Staff very helpful and breakfast was an absolute bonus.
Nothing, all good.

I met here great people who made my trip to Rome absolutely unforgettable! If you are a solo traveler - just book it and you won't ever regret it. A big thank you to Guilerme, who makes initial ice-breaking and helps people to connect. He is a treasure, a very unique employee.
Also the location is great, probably best for city sightseeing and comfortable getting to and from the airport.
Common areas are cozy. Restaurant downstairs serves healthy breakfasts. I wish I discovered it a bit earlier than on my last day.

Wonderful
Due to problems at the airport, we had to urgently find a hotel late in the evening. There weren’t many options, and we chose this one. Overall, it’s rather a typical hostel with a student vibe, but it was nice to stay here.
The staff are very friendly. There is a large lobby with sofas, tables, and games, and you can store your luggage and comfortably spend time there all day if needed.
What impressed us the most was the breakfast! It was amazing — good set of warm dishes, fresh pastries, vegetables, fruits, and drinks. Everything was tasty and much cheaper than nearby cafés. I definitely recommend paying extra for this option.
It’s also worth noting that hotels and apartments in Italy usually charge a tourist tax. In this place, it either wasn’t charged at all or it was lower than usual (I don’t remember exactly). You should keep this in mind when comparing accommodation prices.
It's a bit overpriced for hostel
It's a 20-minute walk from Termini Station, which can be a bit of a challenge if you're carrying luggage.

The hostel is well located, close to the most of the sightseeing areas. From there, we walked everywhere. The most far was the Vatican , 45 minutes walking. The staff were very friendly, specially Guilherme who always greets everyone with a big smile and always have time for a small talk. We had a private room for 4 and it was very clean. specious and complete. They have nice evening activities for the guests. It is nice for people to connect with other guests when they are travelling alone. The carbonara cooking class was fun. Besides, you can ping pong, play video game, play guitar or play cards in the common area. Nice if you are going with kids, like us. Breakfast was good and fresh and it is open until 11:30. Ideal if you want to sleep a little longer. We also had dinner there for 3x and it was very good.
If you are looking for a good place to stay with a relaxed atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it

Exceptional
Without exception the most friendly and helpful staff. They'll go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. (There's a tipping jar at the reception desk. I felt horrendous forgetting about the jar, not having any cash left at check-out and no time to head for to an ATM. Such a blunder on my side!)
The room and bed design was one of the most thoughtful for maximum privacy. Spacious lockers under the beds (bring your own padlock for them, or the reception desk has got a few), and two large wardrobes with a few detachable wire clotheshangers in them, which is not always the case in hostels.
No street noises at all as the room leads to the inner courtyard. Only on Thursday (or Friday?) there was a disco-like event but it stopped promptly at 10 p.m.
Very tidy. Two sinks with one hairdryer and a plug were in the main room. The bathroom with swing doors had two toilets (one with even a bidet), two showers (both lockable from inside) and a sink with better light and another hairdryer and plugs.
Heard positive, raving reviews about the breakfast buffet in the bar Timoty's at the entrance of the hostel (right hand side) and I liked it a lot. Generous opening hours from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Caters to many preferences, Baked beans, mashed eggs and sausages, or the Italian sweet baked goods like cornetti, or muesli, fruit, cornflakes,...many and extraordinarily friendly and diligent staff.
Upon arrival each guest gets a voucher for a small welcome drink at Timoty's until 7 or 7:30 p.m.
On Wesnesday one can sign up for a pizza making evening at 7 p.m. (Limited to 8 persons in first-come-first-served basis, sign-up at the reception, please bring 8€ in cash). Very fun! Everyone gets to make one's own small Roman style pizza and a glass of red wine is included to.
Location
Just 650 m from Roma Termini one can easily walk this. I preferred not to go along Via Torini but through the beautiful Galleria Esedra".
The only minor drawbacks:
1. no privacy curtains (which for me is always a 10/10)
2) please add more baskets in the bathroom to put belongings into. The narrow shelf above the sink and the one stool is hardly enough. It appeared from some leftovers railings that there used to be some baskets beside the sink like in the main room. There were two or three baskets beside the sinks.
3) Please add a close-up picture of the locking situation with a measuring tape attached so everyone can check their padlock already at home. Here the padlock shackles need to be wide enough ("shackle horizontal clearing"), like at least 1 inch / 2 cm. My padlock was too small overall to fit. The hole itself (to put the shackle through) was quite wide, I'd say 7 or 8 mm wide (.25 to .3 inches) but I didn't measure it, I eyeballed it (shackle diameter). I wish they had those kind of information on all hostels websites. Sometimes one needs small padlocks with narrow shackles, sometimes medium to large ones like here, sometimes they hand you their proprietary keys.
4) Please provide a close-up picture of the sockets near the bed, or more detailed info. Here it was plenty and varied so why not advertise that? How many sockets and what types each guests has got for future travellers. All I could see on booking.com were plenty of panoramic pictures of the room.
(Each bed had a nightstand near the head with 3 sockets: 2 USB sockets and one Italian Type L socket in which one can plug the narrow Type C Euro plugs without bringing adapters.)
Thank you for your information!
