Wonderful
Hostel community activities (cooking classes, walking tours, etc) were fantastic. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke a variety of languages. Partner restaurant was pretty good for drinks and breakfast. Kitchen was well equipped. AC in room was a godsend.

Everything. Great staff, always a smile on theire face and helpful. Great evning activitys espacially the dinner coocking clases.
Very comfortble beds and clean rooms and I also like the fact that you get a towl and don't need to pay extra for that or schampo

The location, the community space, and the AC and multiple clean shower available in the rooms.
I think some of the showers are a bit dirty on the group and I didn’t have a place to hang my towel to dry in the bathroom cause it was all pre-occupied.

Nice location, especially if arriving to Rome late in the night. Polite and kind employees. Clean rooms. Everyday group activities.
Grest place. Would definitely revisit.

The room was really clean, I liked, that it only had 3 beds. All beds had their separate under bed locker (bring a lock) and plugs and lights. This room had a private bathroom which was more than convenient, as 3 people can easily get along. Each bed also had named hooks in the bathroom as well as in the room itself. The room comes with a table & chair, a luggage shelf and a closet. The aircon was adjustable and although next to the lift, it was really quiet in the room.
The staff was really friendly and gave their best to help with the problems of each traveller, be it giving tips for hidden gems or helping to find solutions for the train strike. I also liked the social program they organised every evening and the discount in the neighbouring restaurant.
The bathroom could have a foot-mat, I always made a mess, coming out of the shower.
Considering the fact, that it was located close to the termini station (which had lots of homeless people) I still felt save in the area.
