I like everything about this hotel. I have stayed here three separate times now and it is always a great experience. The staff, the breakfast, the location near Termini, places to eat across the street. I love this place and would recommend to anyone who asked me.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the friendliness of the staff and the stylish design of the hotel. The team was consistently welcoming, well organized, and professional—which, to be honest, is not always a given in Italy. We arranged a parking space a month in advance, and everything worked perfectly. As a particularly kind gesture, the staff even offered us our final breakfast free of charge, which was highly appreciated and quite uncommon. Also we received bottles of water for our long road journey back to Switzerland.
Overall, the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and competent. The rooms were also very clean and well maintained.

This was our 3rd time staying here, 3 different rooms, and each room has been updated to the same high style. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well thought out. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating. They also have a large breakfast menu that is convenient and tasty. We will definitely return again.

The room was very clean and well setup for our family of 4. The room and the hotel was well maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful and was aalso able to get us some tickets for tours and arrange airport transfer.

- a long walk to tourist attractions, but with a 1 day metro pass and Termini station a few blocks away, you can get where you need to go quite efficiently.
