Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. En-suite spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing, huge choice with options for cooked food, everything delicious. Beautiful garden area for guests to enjoy an evening drink from the bar. Good location, 5 min walk to train or bus station. 100% would return.

Loved everything about this hotel. Away from the noise and business of Rome yet very close to Termini station with several restaurants & bars nearby. Very comfortable rooms with all the toiletries & amenities you could need. Breakfast was fantastic… gorgeous buffet plus a hot menu to choose from. The best part however was the staff…. They were all so friendly and helpful. They made our stay extra special.

We stayed int he family room, which was very large and comfortable for four of us. The breakfast was huge - a selection of continental, and then a hot breakfast offer of eggs, waffles, pancakes etc and of course, great coffee. But what made this hotel were the staff - they booked restaurants for us, and when the airline didnt deliver our bags, they helped us contact the baggage handlers to relocate them. They went above and beyond!
We were recommended to go to Bramble restaurant round the corner. Worst meal I've ever had. Don;t go!

We had an amazing time, spending five days in Rome and celebrating my birthday. The staff were truly lovely - making us feel right at home, with every single staff member remembering my birthday - and the hotel itself is beautiful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony - and for the birthday, the room was decorated with flower petals, balloons and we also received a bottle of prosecco (for free!). Overall a really lovely stay and we will come again!

A beautiful, historic area in the heart of Rome—quiet, safe, and full of character. The building preserves its history while the interior renovation gives it a luxurious, boutique feel. The staff, especially Serge, are exceptional, providing a personal touch and tailoring their approach to each guest, making every stay feel unique. The breakfast is amazing, perfectly complementing the high-end experience. Truly a stay that sets the standard for hospitality in Rome.

Very friendly, polite helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Hotel exceptionally clean.
Very comfortable bed with high quality bed linen and towels.
Good supply of toiletries, they even provided toothbrushes!
Within walking distance of Rome Central Station.
