Fantastic service. Particularly Sergio at reception. Nice spacious room. Big bathroom.
Little bit dusty in parts. Location close to Termini station but that meant the streets surrounding were a tiny bit sketchy.

The place is amazing, very clean and neat, with several restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us great advice about the city and helping arrange our trips, especially our Amalfi Coast tour.
The elevator is a little small, but it works just fine.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms clean and the entire staff were so friendly and super helpful. Close to the train and you must make time for the breakfast - it is delicious!
I would have loved a bathtub, but I understand the space is limited in these areas.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and crisp linens, very nice. Bathrooms were exceptional.
Front desk staff was super helpful and spoke excellent English. Helped with dinner recommendations and reservations. Helped with car transfers and taxis. It was our last day of our trip and we just wanted to relax.
Very nice outdoor space to relax with a drink.
All staff was very welcoming.
