Small boutique hotel.Room was well appointed ,comfortable and clean- apart from the rug on the floor which was grubby and needed a good clean. During our 4 day stay the lift (there is only one )was out of action at least twice awaiting repairs -not ideal to have to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to your room or get to the top 8th floor for breakfast.Breakfast was ok -mostly continental with a few cooked options such as scrambled egg and bacon.Omelettes and poached eggs were available to order at additional cost which was disappointing as the hotel wasn’t cheap -these items should be included.Reception staff weren’t particularly friendly and seemed pretty disorganised. I believe there was a dog staying at the hotel whilst we were there -which didn’t bother us at the time however it is not clear from their website that dogs are allowed.Should be made clearer as I would not chose to stay at a hotel where pets are allowed for my own personal reasons.

Wonderful location and polite, pleasant staff. Special thanks for the complimentary treat from the hotel — it was a lovely touch. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast on the terrace with an incredible view of Rome was truly inspiring and set the tone for a beautiful day.
Overall, everything was very good. Although the breakfasts were somewhat repetitive, they could be made a bit more varied.
