The location is close to Termini station, which is very convenient. Room is clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is with various options and with fantastic view from the top of the building.
There is only one elevator. Very often we will need to go up and down through stairs.

The hotel looks nice. The roof top garden was nice. The bed was comfy
The room was tiny. Trying to get served on the rooftop garden was painful. No bottled water, two free coffee for two people For the cost, it was poor. The bathroom smelt which you don't expect The recommended restaurant for two hungry travellers was expensive with tiny portions. We stayed at places half this price that offered more facilities. I would not recommend staying here if you are expecting to treat yourself. If decor impresses you, go for it.

Breakfast was varied. Location was pretty central.
We booked a taxi through the hotel on the day of our departure, confirming Ciampino airport. Receptionist was on phone when the taxi arrived. During the journey from the hotel the driver held and spoke using 2 different phones and wrote messages with pen and paper. The journey was both concerning and alarming!! Turns out he headed to the International Airport, we advised him of his mistake, he told us it would cost 100 Euros for him to proceed to the correct airport. He did not have a meter in his taxi. This experience spoiled our holiday.

The location of the hotel is convenient - close to the Termini station, as well as to several bus routes. The view from the roof top bar is lovely, watching the sunset on our first evening was brilliant. The room was spacious, the A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable. Regarding breakfast, the coffee in particular was nice :)

Location right across the main train station. Room was clean, staff are very friendly.
Pictures are deceiving Reception is too small, only 2 can sit and the rest need to wait standing. Elevator was too small that we needed to wait sometimes for 15 min to go to 8th floor for breakfast as everyone was getting it from lower floors. I made a request for room decorations for our anniversary with extra charge and was promised a banner, balloons and display of sweet bites with berries, all I found when we went in were 5 I Love You balloons, a hotel card handwritten and few small cookies
