Location and cleanliness and the Terrance cafe staff was vey courteous
The property should be very clear about what is chargeable and what is not in the room food items
For instance there were two bottles of wine in the room with no mention of the charge for these or whether they were complimentary
The lift for upper floors was small

Friendly staff, amazing bedrooms
1 lift that is quite slow, often used by staff but unless you’re on floor 1 or 2 it’s a long tiring walk upstairs

The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful.
The rooftop view from the restaurant was a special highlight for me.
Unfortunately my view from my apartment was disappointing as I didn’t have a view from the window which looked out onto some backyards and roofs. Thankfully I was only there one night and not there long enough to change my room at the time.

Proximity to Termini station/Metro, easy to travel across Rome. Quite place. Clean Rooms
Had a terrible specific experience. There was a missing tile edge trim in the shower room and in the morning I cut my leg on the exposed sharp piece of ceramic wall. The Hotel Stuff could not call a doctor. They ordered a Taxi to a non existent first aid station (I paid for the taxi) and I had to return back to a hotel and find and arrange a doctor on my own. The stuff fixed the broken part in the wall the same day, but I felt on my own, the stuff did not care about me, no compensation of any sort. Walking with bleeding bandage was painful, the stuff did not even ask if I need something to be brought to my room, like breakfast. Other than this experience, everything else was fine

Nice rooms, great roof top bar.
We asked for a late check out as my wife was not feeling well, we would have been happy to pay for this but we were told they could not help us as the hotel was full. However when I went online I had a choice of rooms to choose from for the day we were leaving.

Location, location, location! We could see termini from our window. Our room was a good size for the two of us and the bed was fantastic. The lift was a godsend and the rooftop terrace and bar was an excellent surprise. Beware of Louise, you have to stay with your food or she’ll eat it

Small lift and shower was not working properly, and there was rude teenagers running up and down stairs at all hours.
